  We stayed here because we were flying out early. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful.

  Becky helped us last night 1/25/26. She was phenomenal in making sure we were properly accommodated. We had to find a place to stay after our flight due to the extreme snow and cold. We were very thankful for such great service, a clean and nice looking room, and the great priced food and snacks available. The fact that they were still so nice and upbeat while having to stay at the hotel to keep it running in the storm is extremely admirable.

  I know the area well since I grew up about 20 minutes down the road from Mascoutah and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I have to say, I was very pleased! I stayed a total of four nights while in town visiting my son. Upon arrival, Justin took care of my check-in. He was polite, professional, and his customer service skills were top tier. He made me feel most welcome as a guest. My room was clean and well stocked throughout my stay - zero issues. The common area for breakfast was always tidy and well organized. Breakfast was standard, but good. I loved the variety of toppings for yogurt and/or waffles. They even had soups in the evening! This might be a seasonal thing, but since I'm here in January and it's been cold out, I welcomed the comforting, hot meal. The only reason I took a star off for location was the proximity to the interstate. All night long I could hear the jake-brakes on the eighteen wheelers as they drove past. Not really a deal breaker, but it was something that I noticed. I kept light music on throughout the night and it remedied the interstate noise. Would recommend the hotel for anyone traveling through the area. Especially if you're going in and out of MidAmerica - you really can't beat it!

  I was very happy with my stay at the Best Western Plus MidAmerica. The service was outstanding. Justin and Bailee at the front desk were absolutely great. My room was clean and well stocked. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a lot more options than what I have typically seen at other hotels. It was an over all great stay experience and would definitely return.
