People were partying and playing loud music at 11pm , all night long and there was a very heavy stale smell in the room that was messing with my asthma. The bed was not comfortable at all .

I want to do a 2, but I understand how hard it is to run a business and clearly the owner is trying to make improvements. -staff very friendly - cleanliness was an issue. We had to transfer to a new room because the first room, smelt like rotten milk and decay. The second room. Was a touch better just stale cigarette smells. There were dirty pillow cases left on the floor when we got to our second room. The dust was very thick. -temperature in the room was very cool but it was cold out side and we tried to bump the heat up just to get the chill off but we ended up freezing any way. -bathroom for sure, if you have knee problems request the handicap rooms. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. Also the shower was very dirty with no hot water. -free breakfast was the standard. No sugar free syrup. For diabetics but they did have a super cool water infused drink fountain zero calorie. I very much enjoyed that! - we didnt go to the pool area. We were kind of afraid and they turned the lights off so we skipped. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it was very conveniently located to what we needed. A lot of places to eat at.
