  Really debated on posting this review or not because as a business owner I know how difficult receiving a bad review can be. However, my partner and I stayed at the best western over the weekend and while packing up in the morning we discovered a bed bug. If it wasn’t for that very unsettling discovery, and cobwebs and dust in the room, we would have given the hotel a better rating.

  We booked a room for 4 guests and asked for an extra towel at check in as requested when we booked the room. Front desk was unable to provide an extra towel and were told all towels had been given out. Not only did they not have an extra towel, the room only had 3 towels available for 4 guests. The night time front desk attendant was unhelpful with resolving the issue. All hot breakfast items such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were all cold at 6am when we went to breakfast. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

  KEEP DRIVING! So, The room was a decent price (with coupon) but it was still dirty, there are people literally living here. The pictures online are old. The pool is a toxic green color. There is no hottub as advertised and the pool room itself is pungent with chlorine and a moldy musty stench. Lesson learned on my part please do not bring your family here..

  Rented the only King suite. It was very outdated, furniture was from the 90's and well worn. Room was really dusty, wallpaper was peeling in several areas, some mold by the cracked open windows. The bed was comfortable though. Breakfast had a good selection and the limited interaction with staff was also good. It worked for what we needed but for the price I expected more out of the room. Was confused about where the entrance was, when you pull up to the hotel, you approach the rear of the building.

  Im giving this a 4 star. I want to do a 2, but I understand how hard it is to run a business and clearly the owner is trying to make improvements. -staff very friendly - cleanliness was an issue. We had to transfer to a new room because the first room, smelt like rotten milk and decay. The second room. Was a touch better just stale cigarette smells. There were dirty pillow cases left on the floor when we got to our second room. The dust was very thick. -temperature in the room was very cool but it was cold out side and we tried to bump the heat up just to get the chill off but we ended up freezing any way. -bathroom for sure, if you have knee problems request the handicap rooms. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. Also the shower was very dirty with no hot water. -free breakfast was the standard. No sugar free syrup. For diabetics but they did have a super cool water infused drink fountain zero calorie. I very much enjoyed that! - we didnt go to the pool area. We were kind of afraid and they turned the lights off so we skipped. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it was very conveniently located to what we needed. A lot of places to eat at.
