The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is above board with extra touches provided by Rose, and you couldn’t ask for better care from the front desk staff, especially Patty, who always treats us like family. A special mention also goes to Louisa and to Herb, for their hospitality in making sure all our needs are met. We highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express Lockport. Doug & Sue Ray

- COChelsey O'BrienApr 24, 20265.0Clean and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and well stocked. There are many available options at breakfast and the hotel coffee freshly grinds and brews each cup. There are also many quick service restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The fitness center has a great selection of equipment and all the equipment is in great shape and clean. The hotel staff have all been friendly and welcoming.

I stay here often for work the service is always great, rooms very clean and modern, this place is always nice and my first place i stay at when I'm the area. Big shout out to patti, she has helped me out several times and been wonderful each time I stay here!
- JCJeni CApr 11, 20264.0Hotel is very clean. All interactions with employees were positive. Breakfast was good. Location is the only part I am not a fan of. Our room is in the rear of the hotel looking at the expressway, garbage cans and another building. We have a second room that looks at the expressway only. The road leading into the hotel has many holes, not the hotels fault, but would turn me away on the furture
