    The elevator was scary 😨 The room that we were in was clean but the bathroom set up doesn't work for me.

    Called and spoke with a gentleman to confirm if they had a shuttle to a nearby venue as we had read online. He confirmed that was correct, but then a few weeks later, on arrival, staff acted like they have no clue what shuttle we’re talking about. I let them know who I spoke to and when…they just said, yeah, sorry. Needless to say, we were left in a bad position, and they didn’t care or take any accountability whatsoever.

    This was overall a nice place to stay . The surrounding area is convenient for restaurants, stores , Navy Base , mall , etc. We stayed for 4 days .Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and staff worked hard to keep things nice and stocked . Coffee,tea,and hot cocoa are served all day with a do it yourself machine ,that is amazing on those cold days and nights ! The staff was very nice and helpful ! Initially with all said above we were extremely happy with our stay. Take aways ..... This property / walls are very thin you could hear just about everything outside your door , room above , next room over. So if you are light sleeper probably not the best . ****BEWARE SMOKERS **** If you are a smoker ,and smoke outside like we do just beware we had a charge of $250 for smoking in the room!!!!!! We never stepped foot into that hotel and smoked !! We are absolutely furious to have such a nice 4 days just to end up with $250 charge for something that we have never done!!! We called and they said they have sensors in the room??? That's still does not make any sense since we have never smoked in the room/ hotel!! So when staying at these Hotels put that into consideration Just FYI .
