    This hotel needs an upgrade. Keys kept deactivating, toilet ran all night, and water pressure was awful. Great location, just needs some work.

    It's 3 miles down the road from the venue I am visiting, I was here for my nephew's wedding. Breakfast was great, 5 minute check-in, went to sleep right away, 30 minutes from Chicago O'Hare international airport. Breakfast included cereal, variety of juices, automatic pancake maker, automatic coffee maker, very cool. Biscuits and gravy, hash browns, sausage, cheese omelette, and a variety of fruit and breads and muffins. I highly recommend it, if you're visiting Chicago.

    Came at Great Lakes for Recruit Graduation of my nephew, stayed at this hotel. Went down to breakfast, running late took boil eggs packet, had 2 eggs took one yogurt manager came up to me while he was watching the camera and told me put it back. Food cannot leave the premises after paying $500 for 2 nights, also 2rooms so $1000. "And you can't take approximately $3 worth of food." If that's what you would call it, especially when they have a camera watching every move while you eat or take couple of items. Also needed an iron in the morning, snd they don't have housekeeping to bring it up, had to go get it. Showet did not work full water pressure, half the water pressure in room 300.
