We had a great experience with the app that allowed us to check in without going to the front desk. It was so convenient! They also had one of the better continental breakfasts I’ve had. There was a yogurt machine, muffins, toast, pancakes, and protein options. The lobby has a pool table and several board games. If you are visiting Joliet, this is a great bang for your buck.

The hotel says Our room door would not close and the night clerk said she wasn’t maintenance we would have to sleep with the door open. She did not offer another room. She was extremely rude and the experience was not a reflection of any other Hilton property I’ve stayed at. Stay away !!!
