This was the worst experience ever. The hotel says Our room door would not close and the night clerk said she wasn’t maintenance we would have to sleep with the door open. She did not offer another room. She was extremely rude and the experience was not a reflection of any other Hilton property I’ve stayed at. Stay away !!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (A Hilton Brand Favorite!)
I've brought my daughters to this location multiple times, and honestly, it's a solid five-star value operation. Are we talking flawless, silent palace? Nah. I've definitely encountered the occasional upstairs stomping convention or the neighbor whose idea of a conversation is yelling across the hall—which is precisely why I've learned the ancient travel wisdom: always book the top floor. Trust me on this one.
But here’s where this place absolutely crushes the competition: The Breakfast. When they have the hot items stocked and the coffee is flowing, it’s not just a free breakfast; it’s a phenomenal deal that should be studied by economists.
And let's talk amenities. They give you water. Whenever you want it. Free bottled water! In this economy? That’s basically winning the hotel lottery. Seriously, my daughters now consider this place a destination spot specifically for the complimentary hydration station.
The staff deserve a massive shout-out too. Every single person I’ve encountered has been awesome—professional, helpful, and they manage to maintain their zen even when guests are questionable neighbors.
Look, is it always 100% pristine and perfect? No, what hotel is, unless you're paying Scrooge McDuck prices? But for the value, the staff vibe, and the fact that my kids actively lobby to return here, this location earns a firm five stars. It’s one of the best Hilton brands out there.
Clean small rooms, friendly staff, close to shopping

Short Review:
✅ Complementary Breakfast, LGBTQIA+ Friendly, Anti-Racism, Pets Allowed, Short Stay, Quiet Hours, 2 Elevators (3 floors), Board and Card Games along with other Older Games, 1 Pool Table, Technology Accessable, Exercise Room, and Liquor.
❌ Limited Handicap Accessibility, Extended Stay, Swimming Pool, and Pillows are overly puffy and don't conform to your head (a personal issue).
❓I know there is Wi-Fi, but I don't know if it's free or paid.

Extended Review:
This place was 'Truly' a new experience for me and my family! I believe at this time the location it's about 4-5 months old at the time of this post.
Their sofas and nearby tables have outlets. They have, in my opinion, a unique front desk. It also has snacks, liquor, a microwave, and so much more around it. The staff is wonderful and kind! They have no problem answering any of your questions and are always happy to help.
Their handicap accessibility isn't the best. While their handicap accessible rooms are quite large, the doors are heavy and don't have a button to automatically open them after the key card. A peephole is provided at wheelchair level along with a standard level. The bathroom downstairs doesn't have an automatic door button either but they are quite roomy for wheelchairs.
While this location doesn't have a pool, it DOES allow pets. A $75 additional charge is what I was told for each pet. This may or may not change in the future.
There is a cozy corner on the left side when you walk into the hotel that has a computer, printer, 3 cozy seats for school, work, or even silent activities and yes they also have chargers there too.
Welcoming and Friendly pictures are also on the left side when walking in. They are diverse and are proud to show it.
That about sums it up for my review. Tru was really a great experience for me and my family! All the staff were amazing but one stands out for sure. Sable, I believe was her name. She is so bright and bubbly.
