We checked in at 3:00am with an 8 month old online it says they have cribs available I asked when we checked in for a crib she said she doesn’t do cribs. Mind you I put it in the notes we needed a crib. We go in and immediately go to bed wake up the next morning go to shower and the water is freezing cold nothing we did could fix it. They wanted to move us rooms mind you we have a baby and were needing to get back on the road. Next we found a tampon next to the second bed in the room we didn’t see it as we didn’t use that bed. I went and told management and she just said was they never had anyone complain about water temperature before in that room. They didn’t even acknowledge the tampon. This is the worst holiday inn I’ve ever been to.

Quiet room. One headboard was cracked, and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The bathtub was a little slippery. The gym was clean and bigger than most hotel gyms. The elevator had a weird shiver but didn't crash so no real complaint. The hotel is centrally located and convenient. Not our first stay and probably won't be our last.

Came in 11/28 to stay for one night and ended up stuck with the snow storm. Me being a current FOM for a Holiday Inn I am very pleased with my stay. The a.m. and p.m. agents were kind (same agents both days) and showed exceptional customer service. The breakfast selection was good also from the buffet and I enjoyed the eggrolls plus burger which were very yummy. Burger was cooked to perfection and is huge *chefs kiss*. The breakfast server and the bartender on the day of 11/29 were amazing also! My room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. This was my first time in Joliet as I came from South Carolina to visit friends/family in IL/IN. This will be the location I always stay at when I am in Joliet visiting! The GM should be very proud of their team!
