The hotel was great aside a problem in the morning the hot water was out in the entire hotel. So cold shower. The cool part I liked is they had a hot cocoa corner. The breakfast in morning was good.

Frequent guest here. I always request no feather pillows due to allergies, which has been honored before.
This stay, our room had feather pillows. After explaining the allergy, we were given one polyester pillow and one feather pillow. The front desk said no more pillows were available and repeatedly interrupted me.
We had to leave the hotel to buy our own pillows just to stay safely. Completely unacceptable, especially with advance notice.

I had a very unpleasant and honestly alarming stay. The moment I used the sink, it clogged immediately and the water got stuck. I called the front desk to report it and ask for help, and instead of sending maintenance or housekeeping, the staff member told me to fix it myself by dipping my bare fingers into the dirty standing water and pushing the silver drain/coil inside. That is disgusting, unsanitary, and not something a guest should ever be told to do.
What made it worse: around 3–4 AM, another front desk employee entered my room using a key card without knocking first. After he had already entered, he backed out and then started knocking and said they couldn’t find my reservation details. He later “found” it using my name, meaning it was their mistake but entering a guest room like that in the middle of the night is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.
On top of all this, the room was not soundproof at all. I kept hearing constant noise from the hallway and people entering/exiting other rooms, which made it hard to sleep.
Between the unsanitary sink issue, the staff’s response, and the unauthorized entry, this was an awful experience. I would not stay here again.
