I stayed here since I was training practically right next door. Great gym, spotless pool, beautiful view of the pond, lots of lounge space, wonderful bar and grill, solid breakfast. The room was a full apt. Would love to stay here again.

Ruby helped me with a smile. I had the wrong dates when I set up a room for the night on line. She was able to get me a room for the night I needed. As always rooms super clean Shilvia the cleaning Manager runs a tight shift. Nice outdoor fire pit, Did I mention super breakfast.

I travel exclusively for work and I am a Diamond Elite IHG member. I have stayed at numerous other Candlewood Suites in just about every state. I know the ins and outs of all their services. The room itself is a little smaller than most of the other Candlewoods I have stayed in. I have stayed twice at this particular one and had an issue with both rooms. First room the freezer lived up to its name. Froze over, maintenance was quick to solve this with a heavy duty blower and several towels, that took an hour. Second trip, the first room the water pressure and temperature in the shower was horrible. Barely got above luke warm. So I was moved rooms without an issue. The AC which is mounted directly under the window, has gaps on both sides that let very cold air (February) inside the room. I stuffed towels in the gaps so it wasn't as cold inside the room. The TV selection is horrible for an "extended stay" hotel. Three of the channels didn't work and every now and then the channel I was watching along with all the channels would just freeze and take about 10 minutes to come back on. This particular Candlewood I will more than likely not come back to.
