- GHGabrielle HasteDec 21, 20251.0We stayed here for one night after attending an event in town and paid $130 for the room. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. Our entire floor reeked of marijuana so strongly that it woke us up in the middle of the night. The odor was overwhelming, made me nauseous, and prevented us from sleeping. We were also traveling with our baby, which made the situation even more concerning. When I reported this to the front desk, I expected at least an apology or some effort to address the issue. Instead, my complaint was dismissed. I was told “someone could have been smoking outside” and that “there was no one in the rooms around us,” despite the smell being extremely strong and clearly inside the hotel. No solution, no concern, and no acknowledgment of how disruptive and inappropriate this was. For the price paid, this level of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here and strongly suggest choosing one of the neighboring hotels instead.
