    I love this place! I live 15 minutes away but come here once or twice a week. It's so cozy. It's my escape.

    Stayed for two weeks from before Christmas until after new years. This will be my go to when I go back for visits with family from now on. Average rooms, good customer service, they clean when you request service and decent price.

    I have stayed here many times and while booking the room after 4 pm I tried to change the date of check in to 12/26/25 but it wouldn’t allow me to. I called the location directly to see if I can get an accommodation in their system and was flat out told NO that if I didn’t show up on 12/25/26 that I would be charged a NO SHOW Fee of $83 WOW how much respect they have for their customers. So strongly suggest you think hard before choosing this place for your next stay. I called Hampton inn in Joliet and the made accommodation right over phone and gave me discount to offset the unnecessary NO SHOW fee charge because I had to cancel entire stay. Thank you to the staff at this BEST WESTERN in Joliet/ Shorewood Illinois location. Exceptional customer service best ever. Will not accommodate but quick to take money

    Every time we go through the drive through we never get our food we always get parked and get the food cool and it's at all McDonald's and we sit for a 30 minutes what happened to good service

    This place was disguising to say the least. I will never stay here again. Stains, possible mold, and possible bed bugs. My photos will show you and you can use your judgement to decide what it is. I can’t post a video but the 2 pictures that look like a speck…is a bug crawling over the bed.
