  This Best Western in Joliet is truly my home away from home. What sets this location part is the incredible staff; they remember me every time I visit, which makes me feel genuinely valued among the thousands of guests they host. As a Best Western Rewards Platinum member, I love earning points toward free nights, but it's the personal recognition and professional service that keep me coming back. The rooms are always immaculate and inviting, and the included breakfast is the perfect start to my day. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  Check in: I stayed at this hotel for five long days. I booked through booking.com and paid 530 for 5 nights the deposit was 100 dollars. They do not allow you to use Apple Pay for deposits although you can purchase toiletries, candy, wine, and food on Apple Pay. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t allow Apple Pay for the deposit I traveled on train from another town and had my things stolen the guy did not want to work anything out with me he just told me to use cash instead. Not sure how I’m supposed to do that if I said my card and cash was stolen but okay. Also the deposit does not cover if you want to buy anything from there as well you have to pay separately. ROOM: They place me on the first floor. I asked to be switched to another room due to the pool being on the first floor and I did not want to hear kids running all around. He stated there were no more king rooms and offered me a queen room. I declined. I stayed in room 113 this was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. This room is right next to some Kind of office and room where house keeping work out of. VERY LOUD ALL DAY! You can hear every single thing they are doing in there loud banging loud talking the walking everything was annoying and it’s crazy they place people in that room. You’re next to the bathroom in the lobby I heard flushing all day. The elevator utility closet was open my entire stay I heard that all throughout the day. On Sunday there was a preacher being so loud in the meeting room they have. The room is a decent size enough for two people. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. As I was checking the bed for bed bugs I noticed the pillows smelled like men’s cologne. Clearly they did not change the pillow covers from previous guests which was very disappointing. I asked for new pillows and they were brought immediately. The room smelled like mold like a musty wet smell. It did come with a fridge and microwave. Housekeeping: I believe this is available upon request. I left out for a day and when I came back my room had not been attended to so the next day I ask for them to come to my room and they did not change my sheets as I asked my bed was just made. Breakfast: The breakfast daily is eggs, sausage links or patties, tator tots, pancake machine / or eggo waffles, and biscuits and gravy. They also have bagels and muffins cereal apples and yogurt. There is a coffee maker that also dispenses hot water. 5/10. Amenities: There is a room with slot machines, a pool and hot tub. I did not get pool or hot tub so no comment. The reason for my stay was to get a break from my kids. My husband was nice enough to get me this room for a few nights to relax and get my mind right without having to deal with any extra work or problems. This was not a good choice for me personally at all. The only thing I liked a lot was the location it’s near the mall and make up stores

  Fantastic experience. Location was amazing—near everything but quiet. Hotel was very clean and I felt very safe with the friendly and attentive staff on duty. The room was pretty spacious and had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The free breakfast was appreciated, as was the guest laundry room. The snack selection was also great. With such reasonable room rates and pet fee, I look forward to coming back.
