    We booked through Expedia and had to make a change due to a family member going into the hospital last night. We tried to move the reservation back two days as my mom’s funeral is next week. Expedia said they would get a waiver from the hotel so we could change the dates by two days. The hotel REFUSED even though Expedia requested it with ANGIE. I called and she said they would not push it back under any circumstances. I travel extensively and Expedia is always able to get hotels to give waivers or changes and the Expedia staff told me this is the only time a hotel refused to help. Do NOT stay at the Hampton Inn as they are not respectful or understanding of changes that can happen when someone is ill or dies.

    This has been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had from the time we arrived until we left. The staff were so inviting and friendly. We loved the added touch of a personal thank you card and free water in the fridge. Every other Hilton we have stayed at never has put the water in the fridge. It was a nice bonus after a long drive to have a cold water to drink. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The ice maker was the cleanest I have ever seen. I can’t wait to stay here again.
