- RLReilly LeonattiNov 8, 20253.0Really depends on which room they put you in. A few of them are in disrepair. Screwed up outlets, bathtub holding water etc.. The upstairs is pretty bad because the floor is totally crooked and you can feel it when you walk. Also the check out process seems like it takes forever compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast is also very lack luster but they do have that good waffle machine. The pool looks really nice too but since I’m staying there for work purposes I won’t be using it. The beds are pretty comfy, the sheets are clean, and the bathroom facilities work, that’s all I really care about for the price

I asked if I could use the breakfast area so my daughter, her 3 friends and 3 family members could hang out while she opened gifts and ate pizza. The lady at the front desk told me NO. I was in shock and said ok we will have to figure something else out. Then she said well you can only for an hour from 5-6 since there was a wedding party coming in and going to use it. I told her ok thank you. After we were done we picked everything up and make sure there was no mess. This lady lied straight to my face. There was no wedding party. I never had this happen. Next time I will go back to sleep inn and suites. I never had an issue there and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond for us for my daughter's birthday. I will never come back here. Thank you to the front desk lady who lied to my face and made my daughter's birthday a mess and my family and her friends drove 30 min to get here all just to rush it and only had an hour. She also told my daughter and her friends they could not sit in the lobby while they were waiting on her aunt. She is one rude lady. DO BETTER.. they are definitely not kid friendly well teens I should say.
