The upstairs is pretty bad because the floor is totally crooked and you can feel it when you walk. Also the check out process seems like it takes forever compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast is also very lack luster but they do have that good waffle machine. The pool looks really nice too but since I’m staying there for work purposes I won’t be using it. The beds are pretty comfy, the sheets are clean, and the bathroom facilities work, that’s all I really care about for the price

NO RUNNING DOWN HALLS AND NOT BEING LOUD. The lady at front desk lied once again. You did not make our stay pleasant at all. The rooms smelled. Beds were hard. Pool was cold. The lady at front desk does not like kids and spent most of her time outside smoking or wondering the halls. And for the kids stands outside the hotel watching cars go by since it was cruise night I don't see how this affects the inside of the hotel. And there is homeless men out back of the hotel. Yelling and talking to themselves but my teenage kids get talked about for watching cars go by. Wouldn't stay here again. Trash is how I would see this place. Don't take kids here they will treat you like crap.
