  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago in Hoffman Estates, IL, and I could not have been more pleased. My room was great. It was all very clean, including the bedspread and bedding. The room was nothing fancy, but was wonderful! I slept well, due to the great quality of the mattress, and knowing I was in a clean room and bed. I always check any hotel room over, anytime I travel. I sincerely could not have been more pleased with the condition of my room. Thank you to all of the staff at this hotel, especially the housecleaning staff, for the stellar job you all do to maintain this hotel in such a nice, clean fashion. The staff at this hotel also does a wonderful job serving, accommodating and welcoming individuals with disabilities. Kudos to you all for a job well done!! Thank you for all of your hard work! Please know each and every one of you are so appreciated. The housekeeping staff deserve a HUGE commendation for all of their hard work cleaning the rooms after occupants exit. The front desk staff are also kind, respectful and so helpful to guests. God bless you all!

  I came out here for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. It was pleasant and peaceful. The pool was enjoyable and the breakfast was not to bad. I enjoyed talking to Rimsha at the front desk in tge morning. Very friendly and helpful. The front staff was great and checking in and out was easy. If you are in the area definitely recommend staying here. Also plenty of good places in the area for dinner

  Had a great experience, Rimsha was excellent always very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

  No coffee maker in the room but I do like the self-serve coffee maker in the lobby. It grinds and makes fresh coffee for you. You can your coffee fresh anytime of the day. A hotel coffee that actually taste like coffee. Breakfast was a typical breakfast with pork sausage, turkey sausage or bacon with egg omelete with cheese or egg melete ith veggies. No waffles but there is a pancake maker. There is a cold cereal option and hot oatmeal option as well. Pool is an indoor heated pool. However it was colder to me than expected. Even my kods said it was cold to them but kids being kids, it didn't stop them from swimming. To the right of the hotel is Cabelas. Didn't get the chance to visit but thats ok. Chicago is about a 45+mins drive depending on traffic.

  I was very surprised and impressed with how clean the hotel was. I've never stayed at such a clean location. The staff was very nice, and breakfast was great. Great location close to Chicago. The price was very inexpensive so I was expecting mediocre lodging. This place was much nicer than most hotels I've stayed in for business travel. The pool is pretty small, but was still fun for my son and I. I highly recommend!
