  I would HIGHLY recommend! Very very clean! So clean that my two boys even noticed the cleanliness! Breakfast was really good and had things other holiday inn express hotels don’t have (bacon, seasoned potatoes). Customer service was amazing! He reset the TV so we could stream the bears game to the TV. The laundry was high-tech and allowed electronic payment. The fitness center had a lot of free weights and was huge! Pool was perfect temperature and wasn’t stifling hot for people watching from the side.

  I booked a room at this location through their app as a member, specifically because of its proximity to the NOW Arena. Our plans changed, and we tried to cancel the reservation six days before our scheduled arrival. We were told that the rate we booked was completely non-refundable, and the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility or assistance. As a member booking through their app, I expected at least some option to relocate the reservation, receive a credit, or work something out—but none of that was offered. As a result, I am paying for a room that will not be used. In my opinion, this feels like being punished for becoming a member and booking through their app. I downloaded it with the intention of earning points and continuing to stay with their hotels, but after this experience, I will not be doing so. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize collecting money over treating loyal or potential repeat customers fairly. I would not recommend booking with this location or through their app based on this experience.

  Easy to find with ample parking. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and actually good size with 2 queen beds. Bathroom didn't have hair lingering on the floor or in the sink or bathtub. Breakfast selection was okay with selection from cereal, to eggs sausage and pancakes. All in all, a nice stay and would stay here again.

  We have stayed here several times. The rooms are very clean. Great location. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Good prices. Breakfast is great with a large selection of hot food. We have not used the pool so cannot comment on this. Overall great stay- would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

  Our stay was lovely! We stayed because of the proximity to Now Arena. It was less than a ten minute walk and hotel parking was included in the room cost. Our room was large, quiet, and very clean. The staff was friendly and accessible. The breakfast was tasty, tidy, and well stocked. They also have an automatic coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours a day and makes good, drinkable, coffee. Thank you!
