  Got to the hotel late at night, checked in and immediately went to our room. Upon unpacking, my son found containers from someones food under the bed. Went down to the front seat and they apologized and told us they didn't have any more suites, but offered us conjoining rooms. That was great! Loaded everything back up and moved floors. Began unpacking again and went to bed. The next morning, my so informs me that there is vomit on their floor, and there was a garbage bag, a wrist band and food under his sister's bed, and a brush full of hair under his bed. HE TOOK IT UPON HIS 11 YEAR OLD SELF to clean up the items and I once again informed the front seat about the vomit (I took a photo and showed them). They said they would send someone to spot clean the carpet. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet for the most part, but breakfast was severely lacking with only 2 hot items and pancakes. No non-pork options and cereal was stale.

  The hotel is new and cleanly designed and decorated and functional. The king bed room is adequate for two guests, the mattress is excellent and the pillows large and firm. It has a K-cup machine, a mini fridge and a microwave, a desk, dresser, lounge chair, a large smart Tv, and multiple digital charging ports. The bathroom has no fan, making the mirror useless after showing, the shower head is at ceiling height and not adjustable, the shower has one safety bar and the stall floor is slippery and dangerous for any one with balance problems. The free breakfast is extensive with both hot and cold servings and many varieties of both. I did not use the pool or exercise room. The hotel is located in a large shopping mall with an IHOP and Panda Express next door. My room was on the traffic side and noisy during sleep hours. I recommend the hotel if you are needing a clean, convenient, hotel with amenities at a reasonable rate, Bring your own soap bars.

  This hotel was very clean. Brightly lit. The service was great . The price was good for me. The hotel was quiet. They offer a lot of good amenities. The breakfast was good.

  Stayed for 3 nights. The first night was ok but after a 6 hour drive we were all pretty tired and went right to bed. The second night I walking into an altercation between a male front desk worker and another guest. From what I could hear the guest had a flood in their room and the solution from the worker was to give the guest a stack of towels, a bucket and mop. The guest also had on some kind of foot cast as well. As a housekeeping manager myself that's not how I would have handled it but to each their own. On the last day on our way to the aquarium that morning I asked the housekeeper in the hallway if we could have a few face towels and was told no. Idk if it was the language barrier but I would assume all housekeepers would be able to understand face towels. TV has apps that don't work so what's the point of them being on there? Was told by front desk it couldn't be fix and we would have to just watch cable tv. In 2026? The hot water doesn't get hot but runs out and get cold very quickly. The free hot breakfast is extremely laughable. When we arrived the first night I had to reclean the bathroom. The check in process felt bland. Usually I am thanked for staying and being a member. After spening $550 for 3 nights I am pretty disappointed. Night two I was yearning for home.
