    Lo que quieres escuchar de un hotel, el servicio tienen baños hielo espacio para dejar tu carro me gusto tienen desayunos cafe todo el dia y la noche muy tranquilo el lugar, llegamos y encargaron pizza nos ofrecieron que más podemos esperar de un buen servicio díganme y los trabajadores y la comodidad etc, yo lo califico 5 estrellas, HARRY el resepcionista, PARESH nuestro excelente conductor que te ayudan a pasarte batería si se descarga tu carro fue lo que me paso buscando la manera de ayudarte les agradezco y PRANEETH de la misma manera hacen bien su trabajo y otros 2 compañeros latinos que hablaban español no se sus nombres una mujer y un muchacho me ayudaron a conseguir mi raite al aeropuerto en menos tiempo que esperaba el día que inicie mi viaje, claro un bien servicio debes de planearlo bien haciendo tu cita 24 horas antes que deseas llegar al aeropuerto así sean las 1, 2, 3, de la mañana, si lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que tenga dudas del servicio.

    Checked in with my pregnant wife and had a significant language barrier with staff. They talked with some sort of interpreter via cell phone to handle basic requests. They gave me a room key and the room wasn't vacant, there was someone naked in there. Then the staff couldn't make any keys for the new room so they gave me the "master key", which technically violates the privacy of all guests. Horrible experience overall. Had to pay $12 for the cheapest toothbrushes and the smallest toothpastes on planet earth. Go somewhere else. I asked to speak with someone at Best Western Corporate and all they kept referring me to was some Indian guy with broken English via cell.

    How this hotel has a rating above 4 stars is beyond me. The front desk staff are rude. The rooms are noisy (toilet runs all night, bathroom vent is constantly loud, wind blows through the windows). And you need to pay for any amenities, like a toothbrush or comb which cost $5. There is a shuttle that runs to O’hare, but doesn’t run at all hours of the day and you may also need to pay a fee to use it depending on when you need it. When the person at the front desk asked me what time I wanted to take the shuttle, I told him 10:30. He then told me the shuttle doesn’t run at that time. I then said the website shows the shuttle doesn’t run from 12-4, to which he said yes, but the shuttle only runs at the top of the hour. Buddy, you could’ve led with that. You’re in the hospitality business. Think critically about what someone would need to know.

    Had to stay here due to a flight change and was very happy with the hotel. My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The front desk staff was well prepared for our arrival and made it efficient for us to quickly check-in and get into a room, late at night. Grateful for a good night's sleep and a hot breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again if I needed to!
