  Horrendous customer service. Requested to know where the shuttle is, an incredibly rude man started yelling on the phone and I couldn’t understand. I then tried to call again more than 10x to see if a shuttle was coming, but they wouldn’t pick up. I got stuck at the airport without any help. I’ve never ever seen such terrible service and being yelled at. No shuttle ever came. I cannot believe Best Western would operate like this. Disgusting.

  Hidden Gem I live nearby but since they are doing a maintenance service in my apartment, I had to look for a place to stay. I scoured the internet for a hotel within the area that is reasonably priced with excellent reviews, then Best Western Glenview popped up. The hotel is well-maintained. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, although I could hear the noise from the nearby highway, that didn’t bother me at all. They even have a 24-hr fitness center which I was able to try. But one thing stood out - the breakfast service. They serve breakfast from 6am-10am, and I could definitely say that the breakfast experience I had was better than the 5-star hotels that I stayed at in Downtown. They served coffee, scrambled eggs, patties, waffles, yogurt, breads, cereals, etc. Pretty impressive. For this hotel’s price point, you get better service and experience. I will definitely come back here again. It was a lovely stay. ⭐️: 4.5

  Last time I complimented the person and the nice room I got with 1 King Bad. This time, a different person at the front desk couldn't seem to find me a suitable room, trying to figure out what to do, even though there weren't many guests in the hotel. Ultimately, they gave me a room with a broken heating and cooling system. After turning it off, the fan still blew cold air from outside into the room. There were also a few minor issues I won't mention, including the fact that the grout between the bathroom tiles was missing, and they were moving, and one was even cracked (someone installed the bathroom tiles without glue or grout... great). Not nice this time, the guy at the front desk... unfortunately, only 1 star...

  I have to say by far one of the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel they actually use real eggs, real sausages that are actually cooked. However, the selection is very slim but all in all great service coffee is always fresh. The place is always clean. The rooms are impeccable. I will certainly be dining here again if I’m in the area FYI, if you’re using shadow service, make sure you call them in advance and ask them exactly where the stand at which door it does get complicated because there’s a bunch of services serving the same hotel but different areas so I have some patience.

  Hari is the only reason why I choose Best Western Glenview as my choice to stay for the night. Every time I have been here, he has always helped me quickly and kindly with anything that I need and he brings joy to everyone who comes. He gets to people and their needs and you can't find anyone else like him! I hope he stays at Best Western Glenview forever! Without him, it will never be the same. Other than that, the rooms are nice but sometimes have issues like the heat/ac sometimes doesnt work and the sinks are iffy but Hari makes it worth it all
