  I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Glenview - Chicagoland Inn and Suites using their park, stay, and fly service. I stayed both at the beginning and end of my trip, and everything was smooth and stress-free. I parked my car there for about two weeks, and I felt completely comfortable and secure. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax before and after traveling. The customer service really stood out—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was just as smooth. The airport shuttle service was excellent—always on time, reliable, and very convenient. It made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Overall, a great experience with clean rooms, outstanding service, and a very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport

  We got in at around 2 am because our flight was cancelled. They woke us up at 8am by knocking on our door for housekeeping. Then, in the morning they turned the water off for the entire hotel without advising us, so we couldn’t shower or anything before leaving. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

  Stayed here after missing a connection due to weather delays. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful as I was traveling with a disability. The room was clean. Nice soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. The sheets are very luxurious and the mattress is ok. There is traffic noise but I was so tired I didn't hear anything. I would definitely stay here again even if it wasn't because of a flight delay!

  Fara has made my experience here at Best Western Hotel phenomenal! From having my early check in ready sooner than expected all the way to calling my room when my deliveries arrive!!! She’s ROYALTY 👑 🤍🌹. The housekeeping staff member Tanya is very friendly and supersedes my cleaning expectations from a hotel, she’s ROYALTY 👑 🤍🌹. I travel for work and this hotel earned a special place in my heart ♥️.

  Well, I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago, expressing my displeasure over an issue. After speaking with the hotel manager, urging me to remove the review, I did it as a gesture of good faith while trying to get an issue resolved. Full disclosure, this hotel was only part of the problem. The other problem is Booking.com. Both played a role in not really even trying to resolve my issue. My mother passed away on 3/16. I booked this hotel for 3/19-3/23. On 3/17 I ended up in the hospital and was not able to travel as expected. Contacted the hotel, contacted Booking.com to get my prepaid booking refunded. I realize there is a cancellation fee involved, but given the curcumstances, I was hopeful to get that amount refunded as well. Trying to deal clearly with both of these entities is a nightmare. Booking.com says work with the hotel. The hotel says work with Booking.com. According to Booking.com, they sent messages and requests to the hotel but never heard back from them - four different times!! When I asked the hotel in several emails to verify they received communication from Booking.com, they avoid answering the question. I laid out the issue very clearly in several emails. The response is always short and non-informative and never answers my direct questions. The hotel doesn't even try to answer the questions I asked, so this negative review stands. If they want to refund my cancellation fee or work with Booking.com to get this resolved, the ball is now in your court.
