  Best Western!!! best place in Galesburg to sleep 2nd home away from home very nice clean cut staff willing to help and smells great and food is great , wonderful people #1rate for ME!! THEY ARE ALSO VERY VERY PROTECTIVE OF YOUR STAY AND YOUR BELONGINGS; THEIR STAFF IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY LOST MY WALLET AN I GOT IT BACK BECAUSE STAFF FOUND IT. WE LOVE IT HERE! PERRY AN NIKKI ARE THE GO TOO PEOPLE FOR A NICE GET AWAY FROM HOME STAY!!

  The staff is super friendly breakfast is amazing real food! Liquor available at front desk. Swimming pool is so warm and refreshing and clean! Rooms were great. We had a courtyard room and it was beautiful the grounds are so nice. Must stay here.

  We had a great experience at this hotel. The room were great, comfortable bed, hot water, great water pressure. My daughter Loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great, the whole family enjoyed the breakfast. We were in for a funeral in Abingdon so we booked here close to where family live in Galesburg. This was a great choice. Would definitely book her again. The only problem we had was Sunday night/Monday morning at 4am our heater in our room sparked, started making a weird noise like it was shorting out or something, the room filled with a burning smell. I called the front desk and the attendant quickly came to the room, assessed the situation, and offered us a new room. We moved to a new room and was able to sleep again. The next morning several of the workers asked us about the 2nd room to make sure it was satisfactory and apologized for our inconvenience multiple times. This was an issue that you never know when it will happen nor can control it. Was thankfully the hotel staff was so accommodating and understanding. Great customer service. If you are ever in the area and looking for a room I recommend Best Western Prairie Inn and Conference Center.

  I got to the hotel late but was guaranteed earlier in the day my reservation was guaranteed. When we got there are room was no longer available. They then put us in a different room after an hour with my 81 yr old mom at 2am. When we went to bed the sheets were dirty. I spoke to Bryce the manager before we checked out, showed him pics and he assured me that he wld take care of it . I have reached out to corporate and they can’t do anything since it is franchised. The manager refuses to talk to me and the employees hang up when I call. The manager refuses to give me the owners name to discuss a full refund. There are other hotels around.. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was Dirty, shower filthy with hair in the drain and the chair is disgusting.. BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!! The worst customer service!!!!!! See the owners response.. dirty sheets and he won’t give a refund. I will be contacting the health dept and better business bureau. Any owner that avoids contact when we have tried to rectify this issue, exhibits extremely poor customer service and I will make sure your future customers know how you conduct business.

  Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at the Galesburg Best Western Prairie Inn. My room was FREEZING and it took several hours for the heater to warm the room. The blankets were thin and dingy. The worst aspect of my experience was that I was double booked when I went online to book my room. I did not realize this until I arrived at the hotel. The front desk person refused to cancel my second reservation, say that he could not do so (not true). He fabricated a bizarre story that my husband had made the second reservation and that it was a family miscommunication. I made no less than 5 calls to Best Western Customer Service attempting to get this resolved. Customer service reps admitted that in specific cases a glitch in the reservation system can result in a double reservation. The customer reps all promised to advocate for a return of my money for the second room, but the hotel refused. In reading through the other reviews I see that another client of this hotel had the same experience of being double booked. The management relied that it was a fake review and could not have happened. Trust me, these are not fake reviews and I found out the hard way that you can be cheated by the Best Western system. I am sorry that I have been cheated in this fashion and want to warn others about the Prairie Inn and the Best Western system that allows this to happen. Sadly, we will no longer feel using Best Western
