    Accessible parking was available right near the entrance. Elevator was slow but worked fine

    The Themed Rooms are the experience, some unexpected surprises in decorations made the trip even more exciting than anticipated. Accommodating with extra towels and blankets was much appreciated. Pool was nice and heated. Breakfast omelettes were good. Great experience, will be coming back!

    This place straight up scams people. They show all these really cool themed rooms online. I booked the aquarium room. When I showed up the room was a typical best western hotel room. When I went to the front desk to complain, the woman just told me to “look at my receipt you booked a room with a jacuzzi tub”. I paid extra for the cool looking room, thought it would be fun. I doubt they have any of those rooms in the hotel. She claimed someone else was already in that room, and did nothing to make up for the extra money I paid. Stay anywhere else in Galena.
