Everything was either outdated or out of order. Pool wasn’t in service, gym equipment was out of order, elevator broke 3x in our 1 night stay. Staff was very kind and helpful

The chairs in the room should be thrown out .no decent hotel would keep over used uncomfortable chairs in a room. the towels they give you are rough and thin more like rags not towels. You expect more from best western “plus”
