We would not be welcome before check-in at 9. We wanted to wait in the lobby until 9am. Not possible. The staff member was super rude and told us we were not welcome before 9am. Thanks - we canceled. Absolute no-go.

Rooms not as advertised on the best western app, made me move to another room, which was identical, paid the difference for the bigger room with hot tub, where the bathroom and sheets were not changed in between stays, bed linen had nasty stains, since they already moved me twice they refused to move me to one of the initial rooms, refused to refund, and refused to change the sheets. Had to get another room at midnight without getting any money back.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, airport shuttle service and a great price! 10 minutes O’hare airport and located in Franklin Park, my students travel far and stay the week at Best western. So far they all have given me excellent reviews!! Big thanks to the friendly staff at Best Western for making their stay a little more comfortable!!
