  What a disappointment! Front desk manager checked us in; said we didn't need to sign up for morning airport shuttle. Guess what? He didn't. He also had omitted other available times for the shuttle. Our driver was great, however. Back to the hotel- breakfast eggs were cold, waffle batter empty- took 10bminutrs to watch it slowly drip out of dispenser- with no kitchen attendant anywhere in sight to fix this disaster. The bathroom in our room was not clea ed and had dirty tiles and hair on the floor. Also, the shower stall had no lip to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom floor! The too short shower curtain only made it worse. No xent in bath ensured the bathroom remained damp and practically unusable. Burnt out light bulb in room should have been replaced. No ironing board to go with iron. Room curtain does not close. And the room is missing it's one and only chair si if you want to sit down, it's either the bed or on the floor. Night manager said the chair got broke and they couldn't replace it? Ridiculous. We canceled our return stay here. This dump lost our business. AVOID!!!

  The room was fine, but there were six male electrical plugs for only four outlets. I learned this when I tried to use the microwave. I removed the coffee maker (which was not plugged in) from the desk and put the microwave on the desk, then placed the coffee maker on the microwave. I had to unplug the floor lamp to plug the microwave in. Other than that, the room was nice. However, parking was horrible. My wife is a disabled paraplegic who needs a wheelchair and me to get around. I believe there were three handicapped spaces that were filled with vehicles with no handicapped tags or placard. One vehicle was covered with Best Western decals. Another one appeared to be some kind of a shuttle van. Another shuttle van was parked right by the main entrance also. On the side opposite the main entrance were a number of cars all backed in to the fence and had tags on their rear view mirrors. It appeared that they were rental cars. We were fortunate that when we got there, we got the only empty spot right in front of the main door. We were lucky on that. The next morning we slept through the 6-9 breakfast window, so I went to McDonald's to search for roots and berries. When I returned, there were no open spots, but luckily I saw a car getting ready to leave. However, it was the farthest car from the door, and I would not be able to open the passenger side far enough to get my wife in the car. Later when we needed to leave to see friends and family, I had to push her all of the way across the parking lot, placed her behind the car next to us, back my car out, and then get her into the car. Also, there was a pond that had formed in the middle of the lot from the recent rains. Obviously the drain was plugged, but throughout our 40 plus hours there, nobody attempted to unplug it. There were a few issues, but this was the main issue.

  Very bad service.. the coffee maker in the room was broken and was not replaced even after informing the front desk twice.. asked for an extra towel, they said I will be charged extra.. the coffee machine at the lobby was out of coffee 3 times in the morning and no one was refilling it unless someone was asking for it explicitly..

  LIES LIES LIES. You can do either 2 things, update your lying policy on a 24 hour shuttle (ITS NOT, ENDS AT 10:45PM and starts at 5:30AM) AND take your name off the “voucher list” for flights that get in because you already have really aggravated customers that are now rerouted and are needing to stay at your hotel after a tough day of crap travel, (which you won’t do, get too much money from it). Yeah I’m frustrated and I wouldn’t have left this review because offering a shuttle service is great, but the fact that you lie about it on your Google led me here. Hate nothing more than a liar. Update your Google.

  This is a horrible horrible hotel. DO NOT stay here. The staff is absolutely awful and disrespectful. They are giving misinformation on expedia stating that they give 24 hour roundtrip free shuttle to o’hare. They switched up and did not give us a free shuttle back to ohare. The front desk receptionist was extremely disrespectful and just kept shrugging and saying it’s not her problem when we tried to explain that they told us we would have free shuttle service. Do not stay here there are many better hotels for the same price.
