  Despite being understaffed overall, the staff were hardworking and great! Specifically, Byron Gates took our order, cooked it and cleaned up. He was kind, efficient and did a great job. We also noticed the girl who checked us in the night before was still working the next day. We asked if she had worked all night and she confirmed it. We didn’t get her name, but she was great, too, and juggling several responsibilities. I am leaving this positive review specifically for the staff. I would leave a different review for management.

  We booked this hotel for one night as we were traveling down to Florida. We had the entire family with, so we booked the suite with a pullout bed (The pullout bed was dirty with brown stains all over it). Upon entry to the room the floor was very sticky like something had spilled and it had not been cleaned at all. The hallway smelled like weed and the stairwell smelled like cigarettes. We found a stink bug on the door frame of our room as well. We asked for a few more towels down at the front desk and I was told they do not have anymore. The handle for the shower fell off as I turned the shower on. Just not a great stay in general. I would highly recommend never staying at this place.

  We stayed at this hotel on 3/21 in a suite our room was infested with stink bugs they were coming out the ac units the windows and all throughout the curtains. I’m not one to complain but I killed maybe 6 upon checking in and by the time it was time for bed around 9 I had killed about 12 bugs and they just kept coming at that point I couldn’t take it anymore I called down to the front desk the manager told me they had no rooms available to move my family so We checked out immediately and that next weekday I called for a refund, the manager was nice enough to refund our 300$ stay, She even admitted that they have bug issues and will be hiring an exterminator. I will never stay here again it was a last min booking do to no hotels in the area. The hotel restaurant was nice food was good room was clean but the Infestation is Horrible. I would not recommend staying here . I have taken videos and pics but they will not allow me to upload them.
