  Ck in clerk not friendly. Seems to be bothered with the process. The highly cost doesn't include the breakfast. You can find better options in the area with the breakfast included.

  Byrin the cook makes it a great hotel to stay. taken care of us more then once in the morning and he’s awesome, fast to get our food, always hot food and very nice in the morning, seems like he’s the only one running the show in the morning with a smile every day. The front desk staff are very nice as well and are welcoming and very friendly. The only complaint I have is the beds are stiff feels like your laying on a stiff board but the rooms are extremely clean.

  We stayed for four nights. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, but the service and amenities seem to suggest otherwise. We discovered several bugs in the room, ranging from stink bugs to ladybugs. We also had issues with the bed sheets - they were almost always stained with either hair or with brown or black streaks. Other issues included battery issues with locks and the AC being full of dust. Over the course of four nights, we tried to switch into at least 4 other rooms with no success. All of the 4 rooms either had issues with bugs, bed sheets, locks, or AC. It was only the last night, after examining 2 other rooms, that we found a room without any of the issues listed above. The staff were somewhat accommodating but definitely not friendly. After requesting a couple of room changes, they are easily frustrated and will roll their eyes. It is unbelievable how difficult it was to find a room with no bugs and clean sheets. That said, this will be the last time I come to this Holiday Inn again.
