  Stayed one night. I had read all the reviews and alot of bad ones so I was hesitant to stay but I could see they had been remodeling. I went in about 9:30p.m was greeted by a girl named Alyssa I think that was her name super friendly and a guy was there named mighty yes that's his name also super friendly .when I went in everything looked really good eating area had new carpet new cabinets everything new looked great so I asked to see a room they had no problem showing me a room the room was completely redone looked very nice Stayed the night shower was good plenty of pressure and hot water. The only complaint I had with the room it had only 1 trash can. Need 1 more trash can in room. Went to breakfast the food that I had was good. Not as much food as most Best Western breakfasts they needed some eggs and some sausage or bacon. They had biscuits and sausage gravy. Had juice machine but no orange juice. Definitely need o.j and need to hire some more help or breakfast worker called off don't know. Mighty the guy that helped check me in he was there again at breakfast at 9:00 a.m he was taking care of the desk and taking care of the breakfast room. Can't say enough good about that young man. He overheard my wife telling me the yogurt machine wasn't working I seen him go out side was gone for a few minutes and came back with several yogurts and different flavors went well above what was expected of him. Pool was still closed due to remodeling but will be nice when they get done everything hallways,rooms looked really good .don't let the bad reviews scare you off this hotel I am picky when it comes to a hotel it has to be clean and staff needs to be friendly this hotel has all that the place is really looking nice. If you're thinking about staying go in and look for yourself they will show you the room with no problem you will see what I'm talking about. They get the pool open and add to breakfast you couldn't ask for anything more.

  There’s 5 different hotels on this street, choose any of them but this one. The hotel was ran down. The room was clean, but small, bland and stuffy. The windows don’t have curtains so the light from the parking lot lit the room up through the night. Staff seemed completely disinterested. WiFi was very slow. And the breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen. Every morning was the same problems. The coffee was full of grounds. There was only one coffee pot and there was no choice in creamer. The breakfast itself consisted of rubbery sausage patties, mushy potatoes and waffles. That’s it. I would say that there was toast but the toaster didn’t work.

  From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I received stellar customer service. This overrides any minor concern I may have had that was promptly addressed. I live in St. Louis county. I passed all the hotels near me to return there for the excellent customer service. These days it means more than I think they realize. Thanks again Fairview Heights Best Western.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Fairview Heights. The hotel was spotless, my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options and everything fresh and well-presented. The entire team was super friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Dayna at the front desk, she was an absolute gem. Her professionalism and warmth truly made my stay memorable. I understand the property is undergoing an extensive renovation, and if what I experienced is any indication of what’s to come, this hotel is going to be outstanding. With the combination of great service and the improvements underway, Best Western Fairview Heights will definitely be my only choice whenever I’m in the area.

  Absolutely awful hotel. I'd rate it at zero stars if that were possible. Checked in for one night stay at 9:30 PM. Woman who checked me in had two metal studs coming out of her mouth. Upstairs and opened the door to a musty foul smell. Dirty table top, sticky mess on the lamp. Tried to call down stairs for a new room. Phone in room didn't work. Decided to gut it out but woke up at 2:30 AM as the smell was too bad. Went downstairs to check out and asked for an adjustment to the room price, as I'd only been in it for 5 hours and didn't get the morning breakfast. Night manager utterly worthless. Said he was new and didn't know how to do a refund. Poorly trained and motivated manager, as bad as the room was. Left a note with my phone number for the real manager, (named Meet Patel). Never got a call back. Tried to call the hotel nearly a dozen times during the day. Phone rang and rang, nobody ever answered. They are happy to take your money, then they'll ignore the customer. Read the other reviews. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
