- DPD PDec 7, 20254.0We'll start with all the positive things! Very friendly front desk staff, clean lobby and clean rooms. Convenient location to the City of Chicago at a reasonable price. The only downside regarding the room was the bathtub did not drain properly. About a foot or so of water while taking a shower. The other downside was the top level of the parking deck was not plowed or cleared, which made it a struggle to drive on amd navigate. Overall a nice hotel, as I've stayed here on previous occasions.

I came for a night trip to see a doctor at the near by and already booked a fun trip for next month after seeing how great it is. Good quality rooms (shower, ac/heat, beds, flooring A+), clean, comfy and well taken care of hotel. It’s within walking distance of anything you can think of. It’s especially safe for a woman traveling alone like me because the elevators require your card. Love it!! Feel lucky to have found it!!
