- JOJoe Overbey5 days ago1.0I met two members of staff and they were both friendly enough. Every other aspect of our stat was miserable - our clean folded towels were still quite wet when we checked in, there were mystery hairs on the shower curtain, the TV remote was sticky, the heat/air unit has a sticker saying to use a wall thermostat that doesn't exist and sounds like grinding metal any time it runs, walls/floors are very thin and you can clearly hear other people moving around and talking at all hours, the smoke detector(?) is directly above the bed flashing an incredibly bright green light in your eyes 30 times per minute, and those are only the most obvious problems.

The temps were below zero and we had a snow storm going on with 35 mph winds. Alex at the front desk waited and watched for me to arrive and was genuinely happy to see that I made it. They took very good care of me, the room was clean, comfortable and most importantly, warm! I'd love to stay there again if the need should ever arise! Thank you!

But I forgot it and I must say this that they're bathroom tissue wasn't bad. It was thick enough that it didn't break apart and stick to me. I really appreciate that they took the time to get stronger toilet paper. That's just one of my pet peeve.
