- MSMarie SmithApr 2, 20264.0Hotel was super clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Just a few things that corporate needs to address. The sofa in our suite was broke, so we could not sit on it. The furnace and Air conditioner is super loud and it was hard to sleep. The toilet hand was broke but the staff fixed right away. The last thing was the pool and spa area we did not utilize because we could small the mold and mildew. Having allergies it would have been bad for my health to use it. So the reason for booking a suite for our girls trip was to have the extra space to hangout. And having booked a place with the pool was also an extra space. But was unable to utilize either. So that was the disappointment for us booking this hotel. Hopefully Corporate will upgrade soon.

I had to change rooms twice. The heater in the first was broken and there were marks all over the doors and the walls. The 2nd room smelled like the kitchen in a restaurant, the bedding had stains all over it, and there was a dirty towel in the shower! And again, everything looked dirty. The walls, doors, everything. For being similar in price to surrounding hotels, this is ridiculous. The only good part about this hotel was the front desk staff. She was polite and considerate.
