(3 days in advance)We have never had an issue with a refund, even without the insurance through Expedia, but the owner of this hotel refused to refund us our room fees. It's definitely my fault for not paying extra for the insurance, but out of many trips and a cancellation here and there, all other hotels have always been nice and issued a refund without any hesitation. Just be aware and make sure you get the insurance in case something comes up and you need to cancel the reservation. It infuriates me companies can take your money without any services rendered. Then they make double by charging another person for the same room. Edit (reply to management's response): we have had many trips booked through Expedia and you are they only hotel that hasn't refunded our reservation due to unforseen circumstances, we called 3 days prior to the reservation. Have a great day, appreciate the follow up response.

The breakfast was not so good. I'm hoping management shared our experience with staff and that has been resolved.

I haven’t slept so good in a long time . Comfy beds ,clean and quiet. We will definitely be back when we visit family! Thank you !
