I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff truly made the difference. Tiffany, Sylvia, Wesley, and Wesley twin were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They were always professional, helpful, and welcoming, and they made sure everything ran smoothly.
The hotel is very clean and well organized, and you can tell the team takes pride in their work. The front desk staff was always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. It made the stay very comfortable and stress-free.
It’s great staying at a place where the team cares about the guests and keeps everything running so well. Thank you, Tiffany, Sylvia, Wesley, and Wesley twin (lol) for doing such an awesome job. I highly recommend this hotel! Also shout out to breakfast team and cleaning team !!! Awesome staff. Animo!!!
I’m not sure what has happened to Holiday Inn, but this will be our last stay with them. Tired of getting crappy rooms with crappy beds. Don’t stay here if sleep is what you want. Holiday Inn needs some serious overhaul of their hotels.

Staff is fantastic, hotel is clean and well maintained.
This hotel has bed bugs, still recovering from the bites!! Be careful. Also had human hairs in the bathroom on various surfaces. Staff was friendly. Buffet could use some improvements.

I wish I could give this a negative on the room. My wife and I stayed in a room friday night, 2 of our daughters plus 2 friends stayed in the connecting room next to us. Everything was fine until bedtime. We window didn't open so we were forced to turn on the air unit. Immediately upon waking up Saturday morning my wife and I woke up woth sore throats, completely congested nasal passages, and congested lungs. Add on to that an overall feeling of sickness and air that smelled moldy. Noone in the other room felt poorly, also, they didn't turn thier air unit on. After 2 days of coughing, weeding, and mucus we went to the doctor to be told we both have severe mold infection. After telling him our itinerary for the past weekend, it was his conclusion that the air filter was moldy and we slept breathing that in all night. After 2 days of missed work, buying a nebulizer and albuterol, plus other medications, we have spent more than the price of both rooms just to get healthy again. I received a call from thier corporate office today, basically saying "oh well, we dont believe you". I didnt contact the hotel to get to get our money back, only to tell them about the situation, only to get told I was lying. If you are thinking about staying here, I would implore you to stay with one of the other hotels in the area. Apparently the wellbeing of their guests isnt something practiced here. Let alone the lack of hospitality and annoyance in the attitude of the male front desk worker. How dare us check in, right?
