Why would you not inform guests that there is a planned power outage scheduled? I sleep with a CPAP for my sleep apnea and woke up gasping for air because my machine was off. The room was also freezing because the power was off so the heat didn't work. The furnace cover was also falling off the wall. $81 for 2 people at the attached johnnys steakhouse for hockey puck meatballs and under seasoned salmon. Im not giving 1 star because there were some good things about the experience. Room was clean, bathroom was nice, pillows were comfy, and staff was kind.

2 stars because I stayed there for business on Jan. 7th and used some of my points to help with cost and paid using company card. I asked for a receipt for stay and was told it would be emailed. I never received an email. I went online to ihg.com to view Bill and it said call hotel. So I called the hotel, it rang until the call dropped due to No Answer. I've called 4 times and all 4 times No Answer. Ring 10 to 12 times then beeps and ends call. This isn't how you do business. I've been a mgr in retail for 10 years. This isn't how a business should treat a customer. I won't stay there again.

I got keys to my room went upstairs but keys don’t work. I go down to the front desk to get a new key. I go back upstairs to open my room and the keys still don’t work. I go back downstairs request a different room . They give me a different room. The keys work this time, but the room has no microwave. I called the front desk, She said there is a microwave in the lobby. I go downstairs to warm up my food. I go back to my room and the keys don’t work. I go back downstairs get a new key come back to my room . And the the toilet doesn’t flush in my room. This hotel really needs to get herself together !
