No big deal if they were like every other hotel chain and offer to move you to another hotel so you aren't scrambling to find one last minute. Woman who called told me I was on my own. Best Western customer service found me a new hotel, but forced me to pay the difference instead of honoring their original price. But at least they tried to help. This location? 🤷♂️ You're on your own.

Young man at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Elevator didn't work but I knew that before I booked. Was assured I would get a room on the first floor as I am disabled. Stayed here because thats where my friends were staying. Good value for the price though.
