  Staff was amazing! My room was a bit unclean but not bad enough to ask for another room. Door key pad malfunctioned and wouldn't ne able to be repaired until morning. Young man at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Elevator didn't work but I knew that before I booked. Was assured I would get a room on the first floor as I am disabled. Stayed here because thats where my friends were staying. Good value for the price though.

  We last stayed here over 3 months ago. The elevator was not working at the time. Understandable.. things happen. But now over 3 months later it's still broken. Unbelievable!!!! Why??? This is a business... call the elevator repair people already!!!

  Dining area has a sign posted stating gluten free and non dairy items are available on request. They had one bottle of almond milk and staff informed me they do not actually stock any other gluten free or non dairy items. Other than that if was a decent hotel.

  My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our room was clean, spacious, and warm. We had plenty of towels. The service was friendly and the hot breakfast was acceptable to good. The location was convenient. I think you get what you pay for and we were entirely satisfied.

  Travel nurse here… I love this hotel, one of the best in my travels. The staff is very nice and down to earth. Check in and out has always been efficient and quick. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I’ve stayed here about ten times now and have never seen even a speck of dirt in my room. They have coffee Nescafé coffee maker available 24 hours that offer’s lattes, hot chocolate and of course black coffee. They always have creamers and sugar available. There’s also a filtered water machine available 24 hours, which is a really nice perk in a hotel. The pool is really nice and all windows. The continental breakfast is good. It’s always fresh and filled. It’s a standard spread with the waffle maker, eggs, sausage or bacon, and gravy. Lastly the location is great, it’s right off the highway and about 8-10 minutes from OSF St Francis and Carle. There’s a huge shopping center right across the street with stores and restaurants. There’s a Starbucks within a mile as well, that’s easy to hit on your way to work. I definitely recommend this hotel.
