  The staff here was gr8. I feel for them, they have had problems with getting good elevator mechanics. Beining said they now are having trouble getting cocacola products delivered because the delivery people do not or can not bring them to the area up stairs without the elevator in service.

  NO ELEVATORS. They want to say that their elevators are just broken - but the control panels are completely ripped out with wires hanging. Yes they will offer to let you cancel for free - but, especially in my case, I was with my robotics team and we had probably 8 rooms booked. Where am I going to get 8 rooms in the same hotel on the same weekend everything in town is booked and do it at a reasonable rate. So they "accommodated" us by giving us 1 room on the first floor. We needed multiple rooms on the first floor (for handicapped team members, elderly, etc). No such luck. The entire team (including the kid on crutches) had to lug everything up to the 3rd and 4th floors. Half of the rooms smelly musky - almost like mildew. The walls are damaged here and there - some of the wall paper is torn and the carpet is rather worn. The Staff is super friendly and they are doing everything they can to handle the guest issues. However there is only so much they can do. My advice - book anywhere else in the town. This is NOT worth the money you save. The stay in this hotel was NOT a good one and my knees will be paying the price for the rest of the week. Please save your money and knees and go elsewhere. Jeff Update : The management says "Sorry hope to serve you better next time". That is pathetic. There won't be a next time. The management is NOT willing to do anything to try to make it right. They just hope I forget how horrible it was and will accidently book again. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. It would be better to sleep in my car than this dump. Their "gee we're sorry" response is even more insulting than the original offense.

  Had my booking cancelled today due to the place being shut down by the fire department. No big deal if they were like every other hotel chain and offer to move you to another hotel so you aren't scrambling to find one last minute. Woman who called told me I was on my own. Best Western customer service found me a new hotel, but forced me to pay the difference instead of honoring their original price. But at least they tried to help. This location? 🤷‍♂️ You're on your own.

  Stevie and Josh should be the faces of this hotel. The professionalism and kindness they showed us were absolutely amazing!
