  Jordan is amazing! I must say, my experience was truly enhanced by the remarkable bartender, Jordan. From the moment I sat at the bar, Jordan’s warm personality and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. His expertise in crafting delicious cocktails was impressive, but it was his attentive and protective nature that really stood out. He not only ensured that every drink was perfect, but he also made it a point to engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I've returned to this hotel multiple times, and each visit is made memorable by Jordan's fantastic service. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patrons, making sure everyone is enjoying their time while also looking out for their well-being. If you find yourself here, make sure to stop by the bar — you won’t regret it, especially if Jordan is here!

  This hotel was not only rude to its customers but charged me for a night i wouldn't be there due to a medical emergency. He refused to talk to me and continually rolled his eyes. He didn't try and help me and im not a business woman. Im a 43 and do not hav6exyra money to pay for something im not using. I will be reviewing everything, everybody and have disputed the charges. I will complain everything and everyday. I will be getting in contact with the dismissal that the management showed me.

  This was my first time here and I must say we will be back. I love the bar area. The only thing we was upset about is the pool was under construction and that wasn't mentioned when we did reservation do the kids was a little disappointed

  Josue at the reception desk was very professional and accommodating throughout our week stay. The entire staff from the kitchen to the housekeeping staff were also friendly and professional. The Hotel itself was very clean and the Breakfasts were very good. I highly reccomend staying here and will be back in the future.

  My family and I booked a Murphy room for a weekend because the location was conveniently in between the kids' tennis tournaments. We appreciated the suite that included a kitchen, two TVs, one king bed, the full-sized murphy, and a wonderful view from the 5th floor facing the east towards Oakbrook and the city (Chicago). The floors and the bathroom were clean (a hugh plus!). There was a nice variety of food selection for the complimentary breakfast, and the eating area was very spacious. The only reasons why I gave it four stars were because the hooks to the blackout curtains were broken and couldn't be completely drawn, and the room where the murphy bed was pulled down in was small so we kept hitting our kneecaps against the corners to get around them. Otherwise, we would definitely book again in the future!
