    Very beautiful hotel! Although the shower area is showing its age, the rest of the bathroom and hotel room were nicely renovated. Lots of lights, USB outlets and storage etc. Staff service was also amazing. Missed my connection and couldn’t arrive till a day later, phoned them ahead of time and got my room reserved and protected. Breakfast had great selection, which was refreshing compared to other hotels I’ve been in the states recently. Would definitely come back!

    Great hotel with breakfast. Everything was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Cecilia — she was very kind, polite, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

    Yusra at the front desk is the sweetest girl! Very knowledgeable about the property, incredibly helpful and resourceful, and you can tell she cares about her guests. After a long day of traveling and bearing the Chicago winter I was delighted to have such a kind soul greet me at this hotel. She is a stellar employee and person! This hotel is very fortunate to have someone like her on the team! Cecelia also does a fantastic job in the morning with the breakfast service. She is very attentive and makes the experience in the morning very pleasant!

    Nice place! Even next to the gym and parking lot I couldn't hear anything in my room which was nice. Breakfast was good and Cecelia was an absolute sweetheart in the morning 😊

    Was mostly good, good service especially Cecilia, but the room was quite noisy with the heater going super loud in the night, had to be 400 decibels. Only woke me up once though. Other than that, the breakfast was good. Context: we stayed Friday night and Friday did have a high of -3 so this may be a special case but it hindered me
