Nice variety of breakfast items and the attendant, Cecilia, was wonderful and offered to throw away our trash when we were done. Will be coming back for future bookings.

- KWK WNov 12, 20254.0Staff is nice and friendly, like Cecilia. She spoke English which should be necessary to work in the US but that’s just my “bigoted” opinion. Anyway, I have it rated not at 5 stars because I got stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes (which can happen I’m not blaming the hotel) and the woman working the night shift did NOTHING. I told her about it and she didn’t put in a work order, a note from the night, or a sign on the elevator. Her laziness is UNACCEPTABLE and she should be punished for her neglect. The woman on the morning shift was the opposite so I’m glad someone here cared.
