Came down to Downer's Grove to visit my mom for a day. 1 con about this hotel is they don't tell you that they have a $50 fee, they took all my money out of my account on my bank but the sir at the front counter said that the money will come back to my account once I check out, so we will see. Other than that, everything is good.
- BMBre’Anna MJan 3, 20261.0This has to be the worst hotel i’ve ever been to, male staff walked into my room without knocking & said “bolt the door”, TV doesn’t work, the guy at the front desk put someone else info on my room so i the whole time i wasn’t even booked into the room which made the cleaning staff just walk in whenever didn’t even knock , the wifi sucks, you can hear everything coming from the hallway, the cleaning crew just chills in other rooms on their phone, second floor has a bad smell, breakfast very overhyped, overall just is the worst hotel i’ve ever been to & it’s very overpriced & im so upset how a male employee can just walk in whenever that was so unsafe

No casting options on the tv, and there was barely anything in our room, no remote and WiFi has little to no connection. Cherry on top of this crap sundae is they don’t have a refund policy. So I’m stuck here in this crap for the night. Do not recommend. I’m extremely frustrated. Update: Thanks for responding robot, Im very upset. Your belligerent staff dodged the problem multiple times by making the same excuses. They finally offered us a new room, right before giving it to an old couple and we had to sleep outside in our car. I will be making a complaint because I deserve my money back. My night was wasted because of your neglect on your hotel.
