I hate to be the one, we come from out of states for a funeral that was at 11 Am. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get a room because there was no cleaner or extra room available. I have to attend a funeral with all my bags and no where else to put them. We have stayed here before and everything was fine with earlier check-in. I hate that the customer service was every poor and can't check-in before attending a loved one funeral. Please do better.
Ana/ (Anna), I believe was at the front desk. She never told us that we had ro pay for early check-in to the rooms. The funeral was at 11 and they had us sitting at the front lobby from 6Am- 10:30 Am, with no communication. We left and when to the funeral, came back about two hours later no room was available again but was told that we had to pay 20 dollars for early check-in at this time only because we came back with a friend and that's when she started a want to be customer service.
We weren't allowed to get a cup of hot water to make tea. We had our own tea, which we always carry with us. Sitting in a 46 degree with limited customers service is wild and I hope this doesn't happen to others.

It's a budget hotel, but comfy enough. You get what you pay for.
Sheets are a little scratchy but honestly quite breathable and comfy aside from that.
Toilet paper is single-ply sandpaper, do not recommend.
Rooms need better soundproofing, both exterior and interior.
Water pressure in the showers are good, but the showers are *short*. If you are taller than 5'7" be prepared to bend down to wash your hair and face.
Breakfast is reliably average.

Needed a hotel same day. For the price and being rated 7 out of 10 stars on Booking.com I figured I'd save the $40 of booking elsewhere. When I got there at night, as a solo female traveler, it wasn't as welcoming as I'd hope. It was likely due to the restaurant next door. There was a group of men hanging around at 1030pm that kinda set me on edge initially. Not that the hotel can help that. Maybe better outdoor lighting? I had to park at the rear of the hotel and walk all the way around due to the parking being filled. It backs up to a business area, but there was a guy smoking out back in the shadows and semi-trucks idling, so again, I was a little nervous. The room was clean at a high level, the bed wasn't bad, but the room was not deep cleaned. The remote was kinda gross, the air ducts probably hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it bothered my breathing. The air was on low when I got there, but it was pretty warm in the room. I didn't want to turn it up and stir up all the the dust built up inside the unit. You could see it in the room unit and in the events walking down the hallways. I would recommend they clean that more regularly. The door handles were cleaned. There were stains on the lampshades and chair. Just the kinda things that make you question what else is dirty. The mini-fridge didn't get cold, but the microwave did work decent. The TV had decent typical channels. The water pressure was good and the water was hot and stayed hot for my entire shower. I was slightly grossed out by the shelving in the shower, as it looked unmaintained. The towels were basic and scratchy, but fine. They provided a hair dryer which was nice. There were some cars playing out back around midnight that were pretty loud and probably would have annoyed me if I didn't like cool cars. The thing that did really bother me was getting woken up at 445am by the garage truck. The dumpster was right outside my windows and I thought someone got into a car accident it was so loud. I would recommend trying to move it to the far back of the lot. It might help, instead of right next to the building. Staff was okay at night. Not overly friendly, but fine. The guy at the front desk in the morning of 10/11/25 was really nice. The lobby looked nice in the morning. I wouldn't stay here again for $140. It was more like a $90 experience. Breakfast was super subpar. No bacon, sausage, individual yogurts. Just a waffle maker, a few plains bagels or toast, some type of melon and mixed fruit, green bananas and yogurt that came out of a machine (eek). The waffle was okay but probably not worth it unless you were really hungry and broke.
If youre on a budget, it works. If you have the extra $40 for a higher scale hotel, I would recommend.
