Breakfast is a standard Holiday Inn Express one. The front desk guy that did my check was not that friendly, and he did not give me any hotel information.

Not even sense of apology or some respect to customer they just acted as it’s normal. So better don’t come to this place. I paid 180 + 20 ( parking) for this shitty place. Absolutely no respect for customers.

As a frequent flyer who primarily stays at Four Seasons hotels, I have high expectations for hospitality, but Melissa is truly the best person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She possesses a rare combination of a highly professional yet relatable demeanor that made me feel instantly comfortable and valued. She was remarkably accommodating and hospitable during a time I needed it most. If you are looking for world-class service, Melissa is the gold standard.

- KTKonstantin TreshchevJan 10, 20265.0This is actually a great place to stay near the airport. I had a room on the 5th floor (top floor), I did not have any issues with noise. The room was clean, I had a king bed, a microwave, a small fridge and a TV. Wi-Fi was good enough for streaming. The hotel also has a complimentary breakfast, which was good as far as the hotel breakfast goes. The parking is NOT free at this hotel. You do not have to call in advance to book it, you just show up, tell them that you have a car and they give you a parking pass to place on your dashboard. I will definitely stay here again.
