My major complaint is I've never been in a Holiday Inn Express that charges parking. I went and looked. I mean, I booked it through the IHG site. And I went and looked, and it says parking available, but you have to click on it to see that there’s an actually a fee. $20.00 So I think it's a bit deceptive, but shame on me for not clicking a link to follow through to see that there's a parking fee.

The room was clean, I had a king bed, a microwave, a small fridge and a TV. Wi-Fi was good enough for streaming. The hotel also has a complimentary breakfast, which was good as far as the hotel breakfast goes. The parking is NOT free at this hotel. You do not have to call in advance to book it, you just show up, tell them that you have a car and they give you a parking pass to place on your dashboard. I will definitely stay here again.

Because of you, I am confidently giving this location a 10 out of 10. The location is one of its best features—just a quick 4-minute drive from the airport, and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. Gas stations, restaurants, popular establishments, and even shopping areas are all within easy reach, making it a perfect spot for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. We didn’t encounter any issues during our 2-night stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. They also offer free breakfast, which is a great perk. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule, we weren’t able to take advantage of it, but it’s definitely a nice option for guests who have the time. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant stay—and for the price, it was definitely worth it. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Chicago.
