Even if the hotel offered free accommodation, I definitely wouldn't stay there!!! It's a terrible hotel, simply embarrassing in every way. The pool is a disgrace, and the breakfast is very poor quality. I paid for two nights but didn't receive the room I ordered,so I canceled the stay there , canceling with the agent's consent. I wasn't refunded what I paid, even though I stayed in a completely different hotel. !!! Be careful there with

The service is absolutely rude , with inhumane behavior and a complete lack of respect for the customer as a guest by the front desk staff. Each one is worse than the other, it's difficult to communicate, and they behave rudely, uncultured, and even furious speaking to others , which I heard ....
I will only add that The Best W. Hotel in Glenview is on a completely different , the other one is great,
but this one.... should be renovated, painted, it stinks inside and the staff should be replaced... to normal intelligent persons having respect to others , being polite , smiles , and positive attitude, like we can meet on others' hotels ....
Booked this hotel for a short family stay and it met our expectations. The reservation process was clear and the staff provided proper guidance at check-in. We had a small issue with the AC, but maintenance resolved it within 20 minutes. The team handled everything calmly and professionally.
Had a problem with my original room the TV not working and then a nice lady. The front desk on Night Shift was nice enough to move me to another room. I’ve been here for three nights now to receive nothing but exceptional service. Thank you to all.

The worst Hotel Ive ever been . Service front desk is lower than ussualy...less than 1 star ... with persons to representative rude attitide and with no respectfull for customers , absolutly negatove opinipn , restroom typical out of service, breakfast ..not to good and resolvin easy problem absolutly negatove 10 ! Summarizing in my opinion is one of the worst hotels and honestly ...i dont recommend to anyone ... ( excluding pathology actong people ) ...haha

We spent the night at the hotel last night and the deposit was not returned to us. We didn't smoke in the room, we didn't break anything, and no surfaces were flooded. There were no traces of blood on the bedding. We left plastic cups and food wrappers. There was no dirt from the food. As a result, the deposit was not returned to us. Three weeks ago, we also spent the night in this hotel, we were just told that they did not have our deposit. They returned it only two days later when we demanded to look at the cameras. A month ago, when we paid for the room, they gave us a used number and we waited 40 minutes for it to be changed. It's a disgusting service.
