He told me he was an employee of the hotel and drove away speeding through the parking lot. I also forgot a special and expensive pillow in my room. When I called to see if it had been found, I was told it had not been turned in. Also, the pool was empty. The website did not indicate that the pool was closed. Very unhappy with my stay. Will definitely not stay there again.
