- DGDerek Goetz1 day ago4.0Moderately clean hotel, watch the outlets the ones by the beds were melted and caked with dirt. Aside from the shower head everything was spotless. I did not use any other amenities like the pool or fitness room so cannot mention the quality. The only way to get to it is from the side of the road its on as there is a median. To avoid any hassle I recommend taking Grecco Ave. to get into the parking lot.

Its located in a really convenient location, and the cost of staying was affordable for the quality received. The rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast was well attended. The only issue we had was the heat did not work at all so it was a little cold. We were barely in the room and by time we discovered this I didn’t want to go through the troubles of changing rooms. We would stay here again.

Another guest was being taken care of, which I didn't mind waiting, but she went out of the way to get me started with check in. She was very personable and asking questions about my day. She was just outstanding. This is not to say anything less of the rest of the staff as they were all super friendly. The hotel itself was nice. Clean. Loved the bathrooms. Bedrooms were quiet. The location is decent especially being just 8 minutes from the Economy F parking lot giving us easy access to the airport terminals. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back for any other visits to Chicago.

I actually prefer this since I leave all my clothes in the suitcase anyway. Clean bathroom, hardwood floors. Gym: Plenty of equipment. Better than most hotel gyms. Did not look at the pool. Food: Free breakfast but slightly limited in options. 24/7 free coffee and tea in lobby. Customer service: Kind and efficient.
- BDBrian DallDec 23, 20255.0Convenient location for attending an event at the Allstate Arena. We were able to walk there with no problem, although the crosswalk at Manheim could use better markings. The rooms were clean. The self-serve breakfast is basic, but good - scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, juice, coffee, tea, cereal or oatmeal, yogurt, mini-muffins or bread and a toaster. There is a bit of traffic noise, but surprisingly you don't hear the planes very much. The fan in the bathroom was pretty loud and couldn't be turned off, but it reduced to more white noise if the bathroom door was kept closed.
