  Classy and quiet updated hotel with excellent room lighting and beautiful flooring. Delicious hot and cold breakfast. Near bus stop and walking distance to Aldi's.

  I am still waiting for my $100 deposit. Tried to call many times at front desk no one is picking the call. My booking reference ID NH22254469732616 PNR: 0171000862. My bank transaction id 606823380415. I checked in on March 09 and checked out on March 10, 2026. I would request to refund my deposit amount of $100.

  I need my deposit back. It's been 4 days and you guys took 100$ after I left everything clean. I took pictures with the room before and after. I hope I get that back.

  I was a bit skeptical and scared at first due to the reviews. I booked this best western due to their low price and the accepting guests below 21 years old. My stay at this location was amazing! I booked a 2 queen bed room for 2 adults and one baby. We stayed for 3 nights. Checking in was easy. We paid our $100 deposit in cash and were given our key cards. The room was clean and there were no bed bugs, as reported in a few reviews. All the appliances worked. Free breakfast is included and there are a variety of breakfast options. The hotel is very quiet, even with a packed parking lot. I did not hear any baby crying which was also reported in a few reviews. The area around the hotel is safe. It’s not an upscale neighborhood, but I didn’t see anyone sketchy or any crime during my stay. The hotel has great restaurants nearby like Hispanic restaurants, Asian restaurants, and even Hot-Pot! The only problem we encountered during our stay was traffic. I didn’t not take into consideration Chicago’s traffic, so I thought the hotel was 30 minutes away from Chicago, but the traffic can cause 50 minute drives to the city. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but if you want to be close to the city, I would look at other options. I also did get my $100 deposit back. The hotel receptionist just had to confirm nothing in our room was damaged. Overall, this hotel is a great cheap option, which also provides a sense of safety and quiet.

  Even if the hotel offered free accommodation, I definitely wouldn't stay there!!! It's a terrible hotel, simply embarrassing in every way. The pool is a disgrace, and the breakfast is very poor quality. I paid for two nights but didn't receive the room I ordered,so I canceled the stay there , canceling with the agent's consent. I wasn't refunded what I paid, even though I stayed in a completely different hotel. !!! Be careful there with Situation like this .... The service is absolutely rude , with inhumane behavior and a complete lack of respect for the customer as a guest by the front desk staff. Each one is worse than the other, it's difficult to communicate, and they behave rudely, uncultured, and even furious speaking to others , which I heard .... I will only add that The Best W. Hotel in Glenview is on a completely different , the other one is great, but this one.... should be renovated, painted, it stinks inside and the staff should be replaced... to normal intelligent persons having respect to others , being polite , smiles , and positive attitude, like we can meet on others' hotels ....
