- LHLeah HixionMar 22, 20261.0The breakfast wasn’t very good. The service was bad. First of all the ladies at the front had an attitude . I wanted to swim but the lady at the front told me pool was closed. They told me it would be ready the next day. The next day it wasn’t even ready.
- EKEmily KrohnMar 22, 20261.0We booked almost a month ago to specifically use the pool for a birthday party, the pool was closed when we arrived. The front desk said the pool would be back open today at 6am, all the kids set alarms to wake back up at 6am to swim. The front desk then said the pool is now closed until tomorrow. The Air conditioner in the room kept turning off, I talked to the front desk she was very rude and did not help. When I booked this hotel, I called the hotel to ask about conjoined rooms they said that would be no problem, if they couldn’t accommodate they would give us rooms side by side. When I checked in they said conjoined rooms weren’t even an option and our rooms were very far apart and they would not change our rooms. If I wasn’t expecting multiple kids an hour later after check in I would have cancelled my booking then. I will never stay here again. There were ants all over the beds by the windows which caused everyone to pile into one bed closest to the door. Check out is at 11, at 1040 this morning I am taking things to my car so I can have the room cleared by 11am, my room key had already been disabled..

We love that there was coffee whenever we needed and cookies as well .I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends .
