    The front desk lady was so nice❤️ such a sweet little soul! Very nice rooms! We are visiting my MIL and will definitely stay here again next time!!

    VERY NICE GREAT STAFF AND PERFECT ROOMS. THE DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE MANAGER WAS AS WELL PLUS HE IS A DEVOTED CUB FAN. THATS A BIG PLUS! BEEN THERE 3 TIMES WILL BE BACK. CLOSE TO CASINO A HUGE PLUS THANK YOU LYNDEN & ANN POWERS.

    The room was clean, but had some issues. One of the windows had been busted and was removed. In it's place was a piece of plastic shoved inside the window frame. Thankfully the weather outside was nice, so the draft coming in wasn't uncomfortable and I decided to live with it because I had already unpacked everything for the night when I noticed it. I regretted that decision in the middle of the night as I was awoke multiple times when large gusts of wind would cause the plastic to slam inside the frame. It was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to break into my room. When I addressed the issue to the front desk in the morning they didn't seem concerned and mentioned they would simply let maintenance know about it. She didn't apologize about the inconvenience or anything. Also the door to my room was poorly hung and had about a 1" gap in the corner that you could see clearly into the hallway. The reason I did not give them 1 star was because the room itself was clean, and the lady who checked me in was very sweet and helpful.

    The room was updated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable the room was clean. We stayed here due to a snow storm last night so it was in route to our destination. It was a good choice.

    Excellent stay at the Danille Holiday Inn. The lady at front desk was very nice and thanked me for being a club member. And got me checked in and answered all my questions. The room looked excellent and the bed was soft, pillows large. The tv and remote worked and they gave a list of the cable channels that are available. The shower did take a while before the hot water started to flow but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was amazing and the lady was keeping everything well stocked. Checkout was also very easy. Overall a very good experience. Highly Recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
