- ECE CNov 19, 20255.0Excellent stay at the Danille Holiday Inn. The lady at front desk was very nice and thanked me for being a club member. And got me checked in and answered all my questions. The room looked excellent and the bed was soft, pillows large. The tv and remote worked and they gave a list of the cable channels that are available. The shower did take a while before the hot water started to flow but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was amazing and the lady was keeping everything well stocked. Checkout was also very easy. Overall a very good experience. Highly Recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the manager, Matt. He was extremely rude and arrogant, often argumentative and unapproachable. His behavior created an unpleasant experience that overshadowed the otherwise excellent service provided by the rest of the team. I strongly believe that replacing the manager would greatly improve the overall guest experience at this hotel. Humbally request to replacement for manager... Matt

Location was great the only thing was being so close to the state border I had no idea what time it was really because my phone kept swapping towers.
