The front desk lady wasn't the friendliest...seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Our room had 1 towel 1 wash cloth..when we asked for more they asked when we were checking out..they didnt have anymore they were doing laundry. The food was not all that..apples in the bowl were old and wrinkly. Our door didnt close correctly we had to slam it shut. Pool of course wasn't working.
Not happy with my 2 night stay!! I guess anyone can slap a name on a hotel!
NOT TO MENTION WE HAD TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT ROOM SINCE THE DOOR FINALLY WOULDNT CLOSE AT ALL!! it was like she tried making me feel guilty said they were full no rooms available and that she would have to bump another reservation and tell them they didnt a room. We got moved...the air in the room didnt work...she came up from the front desk crawled under the unit and mentioned it was the cord. For me to watch the lights on the cord if it happens again to move around the plug in. Tried it didnt work! Then at 6:35 a.m. the hotel was awakened by the fire alarm going off...we went downstairs to find out the person who was getting breakfast started burned up something the whole lobby area was full of smoke!!! We were cleared to go back upstairs after the fire department got there.

I attended a CPR training this weekend at this location, and I just HAD TO leave a note thanking and commending Latrina P., the front desk associate at the time. She has an energy unlike any I’ve experienced at a hotel desk. Not only did she point me in the right direction of the class meeting room, she sent me off with an encouraging “Go Save Some Lives!”
You’re an above and beyond kind of person, Latrina, and I had to shout it from the rooftops! Thank you!

I've have stayed at many Holiday Inns over the years because they’re usually clean and dependable, with good service. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. The room itself was fine, but the breakfast was very limited and there was hardly anything to choose from. Basic items like sugar and forks were missing, and when we asked for them, the staff was rude instead of helpful.
One of the reasons we usually choose Holiday Inn is because we know what to expect, but lately it feels like the quality and service have been going downhill. If guests are paying to stay here, basic breakfast items should be available and customer service should be much better.

We stayed in there last night the room was amazing the breakfast and specially the two girls working there ! They were such great help and very welcoming and pleasant. The most comfortable stay I had in the hotel. I totally forgot her name in the matter of two minutes maybe latronda she worked the morning and was just amazing. 5 stars for sure. Also the lady last night who worked over night was great and helped us out with our room. Just welcoming. Love them highly recommend

I am very disappointed at my stay here at the holiday in in crestwood. Me and my family drove 5 hours to this location de to my daughter had a volleyball tournament in town. We arrived and checked in at 5:39pm finds out the pool is closed i booked this reservation back in January. Once checked in we go upstairs to drop our bags off before we head to dinner and as i check the room its hair in the tub. Go down to the front desk and let the young lady know and her response was “we don’t have no housekeeper on site at the Moment and we are fully booked” 25 minutes later she goes up t the room her self and clean it. We leave for dinner and come back and i wanted to get a work out in since I can’t go for a swim. Get to the fitness room one of the two treadmills was out of order and the second one was barely working. So i goes up to my room and decided I’ll get some work done. I CANT because the WiFi keeps cutting off. At this point I’m annoyed and decides to shower and get ready for bed. It’s two sets of towels in the room but i have double beds that sleeps four people so i go down to ask for two more sets of towels she asks how many beds in my room i said two that’s sleeps up to 4 guest right she said yes and went to gab the towels but as she walks away i sense an attitude because she talking as she walks away saying “its a limit on towels per room” which is understandable but i have a room with the number of guest allowed why do i have to get attitude for needing my other towels. The next day after we get back to the room before leaving out my son starting screaming and pointing i get up and it a roach crawling on the bed my kids slept in. At this point I’m angry goes to the front desk show the Assistant manager the picture of a roach crawling on the bed and boy was she not surprised she called another employee and showed him and stated that she was moving my room immediately. At this point i have one more night here and can’t help but think if its in one room is it safe in another room. Overall the experience was terrible. I paid for a room and couldn’t use none to the amenities and had a dirty tub and has a room with roaches. I was so uncomfortable that i woke my kids up and checked out 5 hours early just because I couldn’t sit there any longer.
