House keeping didn't vacuum hallways over the few days I was there. Coffee was always empty during breakfast and pancake machine out of order. Only offered 1 key for the room. Also has a sign stating no extra keys would be given out. Key stopped working each day.

My room was ok but the washroom had a plumbing issue, the toilet bowl took along time to fill up which mean you couldn’t defecate the tub water took a long time to go out and dirt came back out. They did have breakfast for the guest but didn’t have anything order. The staff had a attitude problem not all just a few one of the ones I had issues with was a lady by the name of HEATHER!

From how she handled my issues, how she allowed me to express my frustration and then was able to make it right I really appreciate your business etiquette and I pray others learn from you! Because you’re truly that girl. The room was nice, we loved the breakfast, and the location was also near a lot of stores restaurants and a movie theatre.

I work all the time here in New York and I decided to go on a vacation with my husband.. It was fun and I enjoyed spending time and especially with the people in there. Keep it up and keep giving us such wonderful treatment. I had a long conversation with this woman and I think she is called Moe, i told her the next time I will be there, she will make the arrangements for me. She is so nice and fun. 🤩🤩🤗🤗🤗💕
