- ZLzariya lei5 days ago1.0Stay at your own risk. Car was stolen in broad day light between 9-11 am. Hotel has not responded to any emails and addressed my request for surveillance. Why? Because they have NO security cameras or any on sight security at all. Still waiting on Crestwood PD To locate the vehicle. Response to reply: a report was made to the police. Initially the car was believed to be towed, I do not recall staff taking pictures. I understand the hotel isn’t taking accountability for items stolen out of the room or vehicle, however this was the entire vehicle stolen from your location due to no security cameras there is no trail of evidence and this occurred between 9-11 am on Saturday. The vehicle has yet to be recovered, and my review is to inform customers that this hotel has no security or security cameras which for me would be a compromising safety concern. You addressed certain parts of my review but still can not address lack of surveillance.
- CSCj SlaterJan 6, 20261.0THIS PLACE IS RAN BY SCAMMERS. I wanted to extend my stay by one night( I booked through a 3rd party). The man say that I was all set. The next day I saw no charges were pending on my account, so I went to the lobby they told me it didn’t go through I paid 138. Later on that same day I was CHARGED 281. They said I’ll be refunded shortly I said ok. The next evening I was charged 150 dollars because it was a lot of trash. I explained to the manager I work overnight and I won’t be able to allow cleaning services in my room during the daytime. We made the beds up and put all the trash in the corner of the room(we stayed 4 nights). The manager refused to give me a full refund and will only give me a 100 dollar refund. After overcharging me all weekend. Apparently trash bags cost 50 dollars now. And I was told I could’ve used their complimentary trash bags if I asked at the desk. DO NOT ATTEND THIS HOLIDAY INN PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
- LELaura EganDec 28, 20252.0Workers were very friendly and apologetic but we were unable to get keys for our room until after 10pm due to computer systems unable to program keys . Pool was out of order. Room bathroom has no fan so it was so humid and wet from showering. Cinnamon rolls ran out before we got to breakfast at 9 and pancake machine was out of order. We did like the area with many fast food places near by and close to the highway.

The key card machine wasn’t working and she had to let everyone in their rooms on the night we arrived. Pool wasn’t working so we ended up getting a refund for our nights because our kids wanted to swim!

Guests running up and down the hall way at all hours of the night, knocking on doors and then running away, and being extremely loud and disrespectful on speaker phone in the hallway for all to hear the entire night. No one has respect for anyone here. Hotel smelled like weed in all areas. Wont be back.
