Breakfast was the Saving Grace the first time I stayed there but the second time they pretty much removed most of the items and ran out of coffee. Not recommended

- RSRegina SmithFeb 19, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Holiday Inn Express Crestwood on 133rd and Cicero. We booked a room for Valentine’s Day and arrived around 6:20 PM even though check-in is at 4 PM, only to be told our room wasn’t ready and still needed to be cleaned. We finally got into the room around 6:31 pm quickly changed clothes, and left at 7:15 for a 7:30pm dinner reservation. When we returned around 10:30pm ish that night, we realized just how disgusting the room actually was. The shower was filthy, the beds had hair all over them, there were streaks on the pillows, and one pillow was visibly yellow. It was beyond unacceptable and honestly disturbing. We immediately checked out at 11:22PM because there was no way we were sleeping in that room. I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding a refund since we didn’t even stay the night. This was supposed to be a special Valentine’s stay, and instead it turned into a complete waste of money and a horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was my birthday weekend, which I had told them! They put me next to some old woman who complained about the volume of music! The tv was out the whole first day & night (that's why we was playing the music). The next day, I get in the shower & it turns into a bath cause the water isn't going down like it suppose too! The toilet makes the loudest noises ever! I left my room to go to my car for something & my key card didn't work, so I had to go reset the key! This is all on the 3rd floor Room 304! The exercise room is nice small but stink. The breakfast is trash! The pancake maker is dirty! It was disappointing! I decorated my room for my birthday! I put some stuff on the floor that can be vacuum up! They charged me another $100 extra for cleaning! (Is that an incidental charge?) This was like being in a motel! Never Again!
