  Love the location. Nice and clean hotel. I was there for brunch .. the lady came and asked me if I would like to have coffee. I said yes. She said she will be back with cream for my coffee. She never came. All people around me was drinking mimosas. And they never asked me even once if I would like to have some. They walked with the trays offering them around me. But they skipped me. I ended up drinking black coffee with sugar. Which I hate. Other than than. The food was good

  Come si fa a contattarvi per email? Ho chiesto 3 volte chiarimenti su una prenotazione all'indirizzo email indicato sul vostro sito e condiviso anche con Trip (sito con cui ho prenotato la vs camera) ma a distanza di settimane nessuno risponde, invece qua noto che rispondete molto velocemente. Risposta alla vs risposta: come faccio a mettermi in contatto con voi se all'indirizzo riportato sul va sito non rispondete? Avete un email alternativa?

  Awful difficult to sleep on what feels like cement. The worst part of everything was the fact we couldn’t get out luggage that we paid to store. There wasn’t anyone answering any phones, not concierge, not guest services, nothing. We ended up tripling our Uber expense frantically trying to get help to get our luggage. We made it to union station with only 3mins to spare before the last train left.

  Overall the hotel was alright, it was outdated and the rooms were small, it technically had a walk-in closet but you couldn't get into it as the entrance was very narrow. The hotel is really nice, aesthetically-on the outside. The staff was amazing, no complaints there. It is very close to shopping and tourists attractions.

  The reviews had me so nervous, but it wasnt that bad, the shower was nice no mold, the blanket is as thin as a throw blanket but also less fluffy so that doesn’t help. Definitely wouldnt come when its cold But there is a thermometer i had mine on 73, it wasn’t bad. staff is nice didn’t recieve any negative energy, but if u want to extend your trip or stay longer you cant, u have to completely rebook, new deposit new room. Like ur rechecking in basically. U cant just add it on to the room your already in. usually hotels have breakfast for free, it costs money here. Theres no microwave but there is a safe. Theres no bath, its only a shower it has pretty nice water pressure gets really hot. But its pretty difficult to get into it doesn’t open very much. And they charge you for every shower you take, about $30 and it comes out of ur deposit. The hotel is kind of in the middle of everything which is nice. Right across from h&m and down the street from the mall. To check in you would get in the elevator and go to the 2nd floor alot of people get confused and try to go to the guy standing in the doorway. Its not him. Maids are nice they come once everyday. Elevators are small. It is thin not much sound proofing your able to hear those around u. Along with taking out of ur deposit and not saying shit, theres hidden fees!! So i paid closer to $700 for this room. Instead of the $400 it was telling me. Was expecting the cheaper prices which is why i picked this one
