The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the deep soaking tubs, premium Bluetooth speakers, and nightly turn-down service are great touches. The gym is new and gigantic with more equipment than anyone could need. The spa areas are lavish, private, and a great value. My new favorite hotel in Chicago.

The overall experience was wonderful, though the pool could have been a bit warmer and open for longer hours. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

We were greeted warmly at reception, which definitely reflected the way the rest of the weekend would go. The room was spacious and comfortable and we took full advantage of the club lounge and it's offerings - and the service there was also top notch. Each morning we were greeted warmly by name by the staff members - you can tell that The Langham employs the best of the best in the hospitality industry. We also had afternoon tea one day, and our server was wonderful. He was knowledgeable of the various teas and food offerings. As far as future visits to Chicago go, we will definitely come back and stay here. And I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the city.

So grateful to everyone at the hotel for creating a space that felt safe, unforgettable, and truly healing.
