  The space felt very small and cramped. There’s also no way to get around the staircase at the entrance, making it difficult to bring in luggage or a stroller. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chicago Mag Mile. The rooms were clean, the location is perfect, and everything was super convenient. What really stood out though was the front desk service Hanna was amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal. You can tell she actually cares about guests and goes the extra mile. Definitely recommend staying here, and shoutout to Hanna for making the visit even better!

  Booked a room on the air bnb app for $183 just to have to turn around and pay $100 that was not in the description until the room was booked then there was no breakfast at all when we were there which is the reason why I got the room not tripping on that tho but the $100 protection fee that they took off my car even if it was half of $100 or not yall said ima get my money back it has been 15 days where is my money ?I called in then yall said im only getting $75 back so yall scamming people out they money ??yall bogus and the whole experience was bogus they never said they go in rooms and take peoples important belongings my keys were gone I was pissed cause I wasn't informed then the Airbnb app said leave at 12pm we left at 11am I'm confused and it was a horrible last experience for far distance !!! They rip people off letting yall know this straight up!

  If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. For my first time visit it was horrible I didn’t see anywhere to park so I called the hotel to ask how and where . First they hung up the phone so I called back, then David proceeded to be nasty and sarcastic. Which already started a riff when I finally decided to block traffic he threaten me and canceled my room. All of this because he was already having a shitty day before I called! 0/0 don’t recommend for first time visitors.

  As a Holiday Inn Member always satisfied with their services ‼️ Double room on the 16th floor ‼️ The hotel Cass‼️ it was nice and comfortable stay and quiet ‼️ breakfast was delicious like always, parking ‼️ every was a breeze for my stay for spring break ‼️ it's located in the heart of Chicago, close to the cathedral, Michigan Ave ‼️ all shopping stores ‼️ stay here ‼️
