I had an issue with booking.com and getting a reservation I made cancelled (it was made by mistake on the wrong date). Booking.com was absolutely terrible (DO NOT USE THEM, book directly with the lovely staff at this hotel). The staff here was nothing but kind, helpful, and understanding. They had to deal with me calling MANY times to get this cancellation accomplished and were wonderful. The night I did actually stay I was warmly welcomed after a very long day of flying from Milan into Chicago and I felt very taken care of. The room was great and comfortable for the price. A special kudos to Karla and Allison for helping me. If you want a no hassle, comfortable, and welcoming stay (after or before a flight) this is the place to stay!

We stayed here over this past weekend and the bathroom toilet was broken and water leaked all over the floor but we didn't raise any issues since it was only a night. However, I noticed an additional $122 charged to my card so I tried calling to ask what the issue was but the lady that picked up kept hanging up on me or put me on hold and never got back to me. Terrible customer service. Would not stay here again. Scammed!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. From the moment we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned—it felt neglected and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one with this reputation. What made things worse was the behavior of the front desk staff. When we brought up the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she raised her voice and said that the situation was not her problem. Being treated this way as a guest is honestly shocking. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be the minimum standard, and unfortunately, this hotel failed at both.

Older place but great price and can sleep park and fly. Friendly staff. One car was broken into car window smashed when we arrived.. so hopefully our car will be safe. Other travelers slamming doors at 4 am and a loud alarm on endlessly at 5 am somewhere but other than that food stay. Shuttle to and from airport.

Stay away and I would not come back ever. The front desk was insisting of proof of breakfast purchased with the room booking where my business travel colleague said he booked with breakfast, after 15 minutes of argument, she finally give him the breakfast voucher which I didnt bother to make the argument so I got nothing. The room is very dated and the toilet bowl will move when you sit down. The room has this buzz sound/electricity sounds coming from the red alarm cover all day along which makes you so annoyed that you can't sleep. Being close to the elevator isn't helping as well as you can hear the bell ring every time it opens. BTW, the hotel is actually really hard to drive to, one wrong turn you are rerouted again.
