  This has been a great experience! We're almost at the end of a five-day visit, and I think we will make this our "home hotel" if and when we come back to Chicago in the future. One thing I have to rave about is the food! The breakfast has a lot of options, was always fresh, and tasted great! Those cinnamon buns are AMAZING. The bistro attached to the hotel is a reasonable price, and each plate comes with a lot of food. Most importantly, it is DELICIOUS! We just had dinner there, and that was really the deciding factor in us choosing to come back in the future. Everything was so flavorful, I'm a little mad that we didn't eat here sooner! The people working here are all super friendly, and they keep this place running smoothly. Every request has been handled with no problems, and it's been fun chatting and getting recommendations on the area! The room is clean, neat, and well appointed. There's a nice new Keurig machine in ours, with some tea and coffee. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! The paint and carpet are a little drab, and there's not much of a view, but the shower is nice and big, and the provided soaps and shampoos are great. All in all, five stars!

  Not great IHG. I have stayed in many and this one is bad compared to those. The parking is deceiving, it is done by a separate company Metropolis and they pretty much run a scam. The hotel does not mention that it is the full charge ($23) for any time you are in the parking lot, even just 15 minutes, it is not per day, it is per going in and out. I recommend to park in the gym parking lot next door during the day, and park in the hotel parking lot at night. Or better yet, don't have a car. The lack of clarification from the hotel is frustrating, they know very well the parking is deceiving. The rooms have extremely thin walls, I can hear people keys jangling in their hands as they walk by, I was in the 3rd floor.

  I met some amazing employees last night at the hotel Rhonda at the front desk and TT the bartender and James the cook they took time out and had a lot of patience with me even security attended to a problem I had they always in good spirit and I greatly appreciate them I will be coming back again

  I had a great experience dining here. The chef did an amazing job—the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Gabriel was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal and drinks! Excellent service and great food. I will definitely be back!

  A few things to note about this hotel. I want to make public notice that Level Hospitality came very close to the mark with location; customer service and housekeeping . However, I was over come by the molded carpet on both the main floor and in my room. No, the carpets was not extracted can’t use that one and in the restroom there was not hot water in the sink perhaps it was depleted or missed connection.
